Well this aged like fine wine π·π·π·
Kooleen's a one trick pony, not even trying to learn how to draw people that aren't light skinned. She shouldn't be prasing herself as the ultimate art fixer when she's so restrictive in the type of people she'll draw. Knowing what I know now I think Kooleen has a fucking God complex, with no self awareness of where her skills in drawing different people are actually at. (NEWFLASH: She's mediocre)
Basically what βDont draw ugly peopleβ means and why you should never take advice from anyone who says that for anything: Draw pale skinny able-bodied people only :). Thats what it means.
Β There is so much antisemitism, racism, colorism, fatphobia, misogyny, queerphobia, and ableism within societies standards of conventionally beauty, that if you focus on drawing only βconventionally attractiveβ people or faces that get the most likes your hardly ever going to draw diverse people. Thats bad. Dont do that.
Β One of the things thats so great about art is how much it helps break these standards and show that theres beauty in everything and everyone. You can give people who might not be shown to fit that label or might not get to see themselves in media or even in real life something to relate to or feel empowered or validated by.
Β Why would you not want to do that?
Pay more attention to artists that actually bother to portray those types of people, or are apart of these groups. By following and supporting artists that draw only pale skinny people your helping to push these assumptions. There are PLENTY of people of diverse backgrounds, whether through a racial, religious, queer, or disabled lens that get shoved to the side or not given the credit or praise they deserve because of this.
Support your local queer artists. Support your local (BI)POC artists. Support your local disabled artists. Support your local Jewish and Muslim artists. Support diverse artists.
Just some art style practice with Millie! Cause she's my fave of the new gen and no one can stop me! >:3
Tried going more sketchy with this piece!
Thanks for sharing! <3
We need a Total Drama Character who's "The Copycat!" They're a character that mirrors the interests and behaviors of other contestants, and their development slowly reveals their motivation for doing so: They could be doing this to gain votes, make genuine friends, or anything in-between! Viewers gotta stay tuned to find out!

Hey y'all! Sorry if I've been quiet content wise. Been having a creative drought. But I wanted to share with you a new original project I have in works right now. It's called Orianna's Guardians. I'll post more about it in the future. But in the meantime, I made a teaser video for it on TikTok that I wanted to share here.
Reboot season 2 finale spoilers ahead!

I canβt believe Iβm saying this, but thank you for a full cast, 3 years strong! Especially with some new additions! Iβm so grateful to be able to celebrate Total Dramaβs first LGBT couple with the fanbase, and this community wouldnβt be what it is without our talented artists! Participants are credited in the cast photos, and individual entries can be found in my PRIDE β23 Instagram highlight as well as my reblogs, so please take a moment to support the talent that makes this project possible!
And to get this out of the way, here is a link to download high quality photos of the 2023 collab as well as both years prior!: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-0XdK5HyO_FWpqZAvnpBJRSVR4kkUiA7
As tradition goes, I host this event to bring light to a crucial part and foundation of the Total Drama fanbase; one that has helped me find comfort with myself and the same for many others, so this is my way of giving back!

The chemistry and interactions between these characters, whether intentional or not, speaks volumes. Thank you so much to the amazing artists that contributed to this project. This project wouldn't be the same without you, whether you're a participant or a spectator. Thank you for all of the support!
Please take a moment to check out the artists involved, who are credited in the cast photos below! (You can also find links to individual entries in my PRIDE '24 Instagram highlight, and my reblogs!)

Hello π,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Aziz, and Iβm reaching out with a heartfelt plea to help my family find safety and reunite with our mother. π
The ongoing war in Gaza has torn my family apart. My mother and newborn sister are stranded in Egypt, while I, along with the rest of my sex family members, am trapped in the midst of the genocide in Gaza. We have not only been separated but have also lost our home and are enduring unimaginable hardships. π
Your support can make a difference. Whether by reading our story, donating, or sharing our campaign with others, you can help us reunite, find safety, and start anew. ππ
Thank you, from the depths of my heart, for your kindness, compassion, and solidarity during this difficult time. β€π
