But I remember seeing a single mom reader x Optimus. And the reader’s kid was a teen, and I found it so funny.

But imagine if the kid was a bit younger, like 3-9. Idk about you or anyone else, but I was an absolute YAPPER! At that age. Like giving animal facts and everything, because I had just watched wild krats and the world MUST know that cheetah’s have their own emotional support dogs.

Imagine Optimus trying to bond with the baby because he likes reader, and he just chilling with the kiddo while reading through some stuff.

Kiddo: did you know manatees can’t be mean?

Optimus just trying to work: I didn’t.

Kiddo: did you now cow’s have best friends?

Optimus: that’s nice.

Kiddo: did you know-

He listens to absolutely everything they tell him, and after every meeting, he walks away richer with fifty new facts about Earth’s flora and fauna. My puppy is sick currently, I was trying to distract myself from the situation at least a bit, and then I remembered that I have tumblr and that you have the au. It's one of my favourites so far. Keep up the good work.🫶

In my mind cybertronions see animals as symbols for things. Birds, for example, were seen as signs of good luck in the mines! Since it’s very rare to see down below.

They’re symbols of hope, but having one stay around you can happen! They’ll stay around a perosn because they like you and to keep you company!

I like to think lumin has alittle bird he sees in the wild often, maybe the one that Dee is holding here :)
