for my entire life i wondered why a dragonfly has an ass thats like 8 times as long as their body and tonight i finally felt compelled to investigate and as it turns out dragonflies breath thru their ass and can shoot water out of their butt hole to make them fly faster…….so…… i really did not expect that to be the answer but there it is

Jupiter’s Moons

A few minutes after the New Horizons space probe sped past Pluto, it turned and snapped this picture – a crescent of everyone’s favorite dwarf planet illuminated by the Sun. Just visible: the flat expanse of Pluto’s heart (”Sputnik Planum”) and the icy Norgay Montes mountain range. Pluto’s mysterious atmosphere shows up as layers upon layers of haze.

Honestly thank you though it’s really encouraging to hear that because ocs are just…really difficult to sell? And you always have to worry about development and backstory and making sure they’re not sue-ish or too cookie-cutter………..it’s a fine line.
