Sooooo I’ve kind of fallen in love with this musical and need everybody to listen to it?? It’s a weird concept, but the music is awesome and the cast is SO much fun and I really hope there’s an opportunity to get to bring it back and see it in the future.

About roses...

when it comes to Ray people focus on the blue rose he wears.  Blue roses, since they aren’t made naturally, have very interesting meanings to them:

The impossible

Miracles

The unattainable

I am familiar and been obsessed with these since Guard Me Sherlock James Moriarty gives the MC a bouquet of them in the prologue.  It’s a different company, but they acknowledged the meaning of the flowers in the game because James would go after what he wanted, no matter how difficult.  

Ray does discuss the meaning of flowers in the route.  He is also seen with one other.  The orange rose.

Orange roses represent:

Enthusiasm

Desire

Excitement

Passionate romance

It isn’t the blue rose that he offers MC, it’s the Orange one.

Ray does need help.  So in a way the blue rose can be looked at this is unstable as is, but what he wants with MC is not impossible.  It’s the orange rose, the bridge between yellow roses of friendship and red of love/romance.

It’s a thought.
