Writing tip!
THE SKY DOESNT HAVE TO BE BLUE! THE TREES DONT HAVE TO BE GREEN! YOUR ELVES DONT HAVE TO BE TREE LOVING IMMORTALS! Your world is yours to create! You can do anything you want, as long as you have a reason! Heck even magic counts as a reason!
Tip over! (Have fun writing)
13 year old me had a fuckin wild life. One of my notes for an activity I had on Tuesday was “I traded my half eaten bundt cake for a huge ice cream bar. Exploition” Like WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED HAPPENED HERE? Why did I have a Bundt cake at an area I shouldn’t have a Bundt cake at? How did I exploit them? What the heck????
So I was going through my google docs on my writing account. I found this gem:
GE: JUST TRY AND CATCH ME BASTARD. GI: YOU BETTER RUN YOU WHORE! *GE is caught by GI* GE: OH woe is me~ spare the young one! Be merciful upon me! GI: LIKE FUCK I WILL BITCH! *GI bites GE and is released upon* GE: YOU FOOL! YOU BUFFOON! YOU TRIED TO CATCH A GOD! GE: WELL FUCK YOU TOO! K: What the fuck are they doing over there
I can’t find any context for this
Let me just uh…. totally out of pure wackiness not cause I absolutely agree and feel we should just eat em.
Damn me for my hubris. For I have seen the depths of humanity and let sinners drag me down. Now, I cower in fear at my fellow man, for enticing me with such sweet words only to make me stare at the horror which is uncontrollable lust. Curiosity and anticipation are my chains and I am full of regret.
The only proper answer to this is death.
It is a writing tip!
Villains. They don’t all have to have dramatic sympathetic backstories. HOWEVER, if you do create a villain who’s evil for the fun of it, don’t just suddenly give them a dramatic backstory. Stick with it!! Similarly, stick with it if your villain has a dramatic backstory!
Tip is finished!
Tip for they writing that I, some random person on tumblr, bequeath upon thee, another random person on tumblr.
Endings! Every story has its end. Now as most people know that’s when you tie up any loose ends in the story and try to make sure every thing is concluded. However, endings are also your final impression on the reader. While other scenes in your story may be more memorable, the ending is what sticks the most. If you wrote a sad ending, the story up to that point will now seem melancholy or sad as well. If you had a gritty ending, the story will seem foreboding.
The tip that some random person bequeathed upon another random person is over.
Bitch slapping is for everyone!
