Uhm, okay okay so I am facing an extremely difficult situation rn, and I’m hoping if any of y’all can help me

One of my friends wants to stop our friendship, but it was really abrupt and sudden and I don’t know how to respond. I have experienced the same thing with two other friends, one of which has been my friend for nine years, and the other for two. The friends that currently wants to end the friendship has been my friend for almost a year, but we have been really close, and then they hit me with the message and I don’t know what to do. This is extremely stressful for me right now and I was hoping if you could give me some advice. Thank you and have a great day/night^^
