After yesterday I weighed myself this morning well aware I may hurt my own feelings
And I have lost 2lbs since Wednesday like that should have cheered me up but it hasn't lol why am I like this why can't I have normal expectations and so I would be THRILLED as losing 2lbs in 3 days I have 4 days to lose more which will hopefully bring my weekly loss to like 4-5lbs

So I promised my daughter and husband a mcdonalds tonight for a Friday treat and boy I was this close 🤏 to ordering myself a meal, if you take into account my work outs I would have still been in a small deficit so I was ready to just go for it but... I didnt!! I am so proud of myself rn yo 😫 and instead I done 15 minutes of jogging on the spot just to really solidify my better choice 🤣
So I just worked it out and if I keep going the way I have been for the last 8 days il be at my goal weight by Christmas/new years 😌
If that isn't motivation for me to not slip up I don't know what is! ✨️

I didn't really set a time goal and tbf in the back of my head I was only thinking a 24 hour so meh.
Tomorrow I'm going to have a good work out day as I know i will have to have at least 1 meal, ☺️

People seem to forget that we are all individual people behind a screen. Like. You are communicating with REAL disordered people. You are interacting with people who are ACTIVELY struggling with a serious disorder, diagnosed or not.
