I Find It So Sad When My Friends Send Me A Text That Says, “I’m Not Wearing Any Makeup Today So Don’t

I find it so sad when my friends send me a text that says, “I’m not wearing any makeup today so don’t don’t be scared when you see me”. I know other women say makeup gives them confidence but how low is your self esteem that you feel the need to give a friend a warning that you look like a normal woman?
