ohhhh patrick jane / lost au. this was mentioned to me as an idea and now i can't stop thinking about it <3 i think patrick would in fact be despised by half the cast and tolerated by the other. maybe a few token admirers in between there. i can see a good amount of locke & patrick clashing over ideological differences of what the island is ... but i can also see patrick clashing heavily with jack! and the a team in general! yes, patrick is getting automatic b team treatment, not only because he's already made enemies out of jack, sayid, and kate ( patrick clocked pretty quickly that she was the fugitive! ) but also because this guy doesn't know how to even hold a gun. he's also very wary of sayid but, in typical patrick fashion, is super annoying about it. and hurley is all, “dude, you're a psychic,” then patrick is like .... hurley. there's no such thing as psychics. but hurley won't believe that for a SECOND. charlie is done with the guy but also finds him kinda cool to be around. sometimes. patrick has a soft spot for boone, and even shannon ... and finds desmond very intriguing, if not somewhat insane. he's been on an island alone for three years, after all! tho i think patrick would meet his match in ben. hm hm. anyway. rotating thoughts in my brain. wondering what patrick's test(s) would be. soooo many possibilities.

it’s been over five months since i watched the mentalist’s season four ending and i STILL am not over how upset (re: angry!) it made me. perhaps one of these days i’ll jot down all of my points into something more cohesive than my post-watch rant, but i definitely want to talk about that ending because wow, was it bad!

FUCKING STACKED. at least it was ten years ago. super-sonic, wisdom, you have been disconnected, vacuum boots, oh lord ( with the dandy warhols, and if anton and courtney play together again i will literally fucking die on the spot ), servo, GOT MY EYE ON YOU??? and yes yes i know matt hollywood won't be around for this but if they play something off of strung out in heaven i might actually start sobbing. like i've already accepted that i'm going to cry during this concert bc it'll be one of the best days of my entire life, but full on sobbing my eyes out ?? may just happen. my poor friend gyna is never going to see me the same bc i'm gonna be the only one ugly crying over a psychedelic rock band that no one gives a shit about. anyway the very idea that they may play some of these songs, or literally ANY OLD SONGS AT ALL, is hyping me up so much i can't even describe how fucking excited i am. like this is more excitement than joel gion's memoir. and if they play goddamn super-sonic, i'm not just going to cry, i'm going to scream.
