On this day, 4 June 2020, 75-year-old peace activist Martin Gugino was violently attacked by police in Buffalo, New York, during a Black Lives Matter protest. While he was merely walking, he was shoved to the ground, smashing his head on the concrete, fracturing his skull. While he lay on the ground with blood pouring from one of his ears and pooling around his head, more than 12 officers walked straight past his unconscious body. He suffered a brain haemorrhage and spent weeks in hospital recovering, and suffered long-term memory and mobility impairments as well as hearing loss. Following the incident, Buffalo police lied and said Gugino merely “tripped and fell”. Then-president Donald Trump falsely claimed that Gugino was an “antifa provocateur” who was “pushed away after appearing to scan police communications in order to black out the equipment.” But the assault was caught on video. When the two attackers, members of the Emergency Response Team, were suspended from the police force, all 57 officers on the squad resigned from the unit in protest. This led many people to question the narrative of bad policing only being a problem of “a few bad apples”, as clearly every officer in the department supported their ability to violently assault members of the public with no consequences. In the end, there were no consequences for the perpetrators, whose charges were dismissed. Here's Black ice and Blizzard being sweet and romantic. I had fun drawing them looking lovingly at eachother.
Big dragon design I did for me and my DM for a DnD game I'm in!
My DM wanted me to design these deep dragon descendants that evolved to handle the harsh realm of the abyss. Thought they'd work best as a wyvern with some glowy spots!
Old experiment and design plans for my sandwing princess's design for when she becomes queen.
Her crown was very fun to make but I know it is so insanely detailed but its my hands on the line not urs!
Baby Stargazer looks up to her father Mindshifter as a great dragon, animus, and most importantly her father. The most important person in her small world.
Passionprowler! My nightwing empath who acts as a therapist! I wanted to really try to glam her up and make a nightwing who loves jewelry. Nightwings usually aren't big on wearing shiny things in the books or in Divided Wings so I wanted to subvert that with her!
Small thing of my adorable icewing couple Blizzard and Moose(mud/ice). They're very sweet and I had lots of fun with this piece.

Something like this would be so colossally helpful. I'm sick and tired of trying to research specific clothing from any given culture and being met with either racist stereotypical costumes worn by yt people or ai generated garbage nonsense, and trying to be hyper specific with searches yields fuck all. Like I generally just cannot trust the legitimacy of most search results at this point. It's extremely frustrating. If there are good resources for this then they're buried deep under all the other bullshit, and idk where to start looking.
She's basically a wasp
