Let’s try some watercolor here, and some English pun too! The caption was suggested by an English-speaking follower, so for once I’ll have to explain it to my French followers 😁 🇫🇷 Cette phrase ayant été proposée par un follower anglophone, je m'en vais vous l'expliquer : en anglais, “down to a T” est une expression qui équivaut à notre “dans les moindres détails”. Mais “down to a t-shirt” serait plus littéralement traduit par “réduit à un t-shirt”. Voilà ! 😘 https://ift.tt/2pKa97m
“entrelacs” means “interlacing” but sounds exactly like “entre là”, wich means “enter here” 😘 https://ift.tt/2U5Z56f
“Pourlécher” is a variant of the verb “lécher”, which means to lick. “Pourlécher” is not used very much, and it means more precisely “to lick for a long time, with great insistence”. (for example when a cat is doing its toilet). Valentine is a name, feminine version of the name Valentin, and in France Valentine’s day is called “la saint Valentin”. The first half of the sentence, “Pourléchant Valentine”, sounds quite close to the second half “pour la Saint Valentin”, even if it’s more a resemblance than a real wordplay. And the whole caption means: “Licking Valentine for Valentine’s day” https://instagr.am/p/CLSGnuCrDQ5/
