exhibit A: nimona expresses liking pizza and ballister at first refuses her asking to order in because the delivery to his mindfuck nowhere lair is expensive . later, when an accident happens and nimona gets upset, he remembers that she liked pizza and offers to order in . if that isnt dad behavior idk what that is (im fatherless)

exhibit B :

they went to a science expo slash carnival . they went undercover . a stand seller mistakes them for a father & son and they just... went with it . he carries nimona around . what the fuck man

ballister freaks the FUCK out when she gets injured way more than he did in the movie and then proceeds to play board games with her to cheer her up

Mantengo muy cerca de mi corazón la idea de que el fic esta pensado más sobre Bodoque, pero Juanin es el que se lleva buena parte del protagonismo porque

1) esta historia también es sobre él.

2) escencialmente, aunque Bodoque inicie el fanfic "ya enamorado" de Juanin, la realidad es que esta enamorado de una versión idealizada de él; enfatizo mucho que no se conocen por que es la verdad, no se conocen a fondo, y aunque el fic diga que es el recuento de intentos de "Bodoque para enamorar a Juanin", la realidad es que también es su camino para enamorarse completa -y sanamente- de la pelusita.

Creo que la manera correcta de describir lo que Juan Carlos siente es una especie de atracción y encaprichamiento muy cabrón. Muy dentro de él, siente que como es amigo de Juanin y este lo admira, salir con él sería relativamente fácil. Lo menosprecia un poco BASTANTE, casi al punto de verlo por debajo de él, como alguien "fácil de ganar", y cuando Juanin de hecho pone resistencia, se sorprende.

Bodoque sabe que Juanin no es solo un ingenuo, pero de inicio no agarra completamente la idea y hasta más entrado en el fic, se siente con el derecho de opinar y querer cambiar como es que Juanin opera. De entre todos los personajes -excluyendo quizás también a Tulio- Juan Carlos sabe (y creo que lo narra en una parte) que el hecho de que Juanin sea bueno con todos ellos todo el tiempo no es que sea blando, es que activamente lo intenta por que asi es él, y aún asi llegados a cierto punto trata de decirle que por que no "agarra mas personalidad" y trata a la gente como lo merecen.

Cosas del estilo que si Juanin hubiera aceptado salir de primeras habrían chocado, pero que eventualmente Juan Carlos se da cuenta que son parte de la versión más real de Juanin, y ahora si esta genuina, absoluta, perdidamente enamorado de él.

Y esa es creo yo que la peor parte. Bodoque NUNCA se había enamorado tanto de otra persona por que, al menos desde su lado, ls relación era más superficial; les quería y le interesaban, si, pero tampoco hasta el punto de literalmente conocerlos toda la vida y lentamente aprenderlos a amar, detalle a detalle.

¿Por qué es la peor parte?PUES PORNQUE ES UN ESTUPIDO HHHHHH ya aquí el problema no es como es románticamente, socialmente para con Juanin, es que ya derechamente es un imbecil en su vida privada y, por lo mismo de que nunca ha tenido una relación tan apegada y personal con otra persona SIGUE sin saber como aceptar ayuda, o... poner los intereses ajenos sobre los suyos aunque esos intereses sean literalmente AYUDARLO.

No se, lo odio, por qué estoy haciendo un fic sobre él?

So, I just watched the recent episode of Camp Camp...

Bit of spoiler here if you haven't seen it, but I want to get my feelings out while I still got the "finished the episode" feeling.

I just want to appreciate that entire fucking episode. As in, not only the art and the music, which were both steller by the way. I fucking loved the star moment, and the music during it all that turned from calm to almost horror like with the wolf.

But also that in the entire episode, David knew what the fuck he was doing. Sure, shit like the wolf and the bees were unexpected, but I seriously doubt that any of the kids, or even Gwen could possibly figure out the way to survive real-world. Cambell gets a pass because of last season, but seriously, anyone else would've freaked the fuck out or would've probably solved their problem through some weird hyjinks.

But David? From the moment he left the river he followed it back while before climbing the mountain. When he got chased by the bees and escaped, he sat his ass down and pulled out everything he could've needed at the moment. He knew what flowers to get to treat his stings, tried to start a fire and then made a shelter when it started raining. Even the wolf moment? God that made me so sad, so heart broken to think that David had to kill a creature and hear his currdling screams. But then, THEN, we see him and the wolf safe, wounds healing, around a cozy little home that David built, with water and fire and a little doggo house and everything! David KNEW how to survive, LEARNED how to survive, and for all the moments we've been told David was such a camp boy, that he was the nature guy, I don't think I've been more proud to see it all than in this episode.

I'm not saying that no other character couldn't have survived it. They would probably find a way to. But I'm saying that I don't think there would be a more justified person surviving those goddamn woods like a champ like David.

Viendo que los dibujos de Bodoque y Juanin pasan de dos corazones, vengo a promocionar con los dos fans del ship aparte de mi un pinche fanfic que me saque de la cola.

Me perdonaran, me gustan los nombres ridículamente largos, aunque eso (y en realidad, casi todo lo que rodea este fic) es un WIP propenso a cambios. Tengo una idea un sueño y una nueva hiper fijación, nada puede malir sal.
