Do you have any friends?

I do. There's a few people I grew up with who have been through the wringer with me. More recently, I've made very dear friends with a group that have become like family. Names are power, so I'll keep those to myself, but they know.

Do you wear those sunglasses for fun or are your eyes broke?

As a creature of the night, my eyes are very light sensitive. As long as it's dark I can see great, but sunlight hurts like a &$#@&(. Also, I hate eye contact. Awkward.

Where do you live?

I live in Greenville, SC when I'm not traveling and hunting. It's a beautiful city, and I have an office there. Great office. Warm, cozy, plays music that's almost a cover of classic rock music.

What is a damphir?

Half vampire, half human. My biological father is a vampire. My mom isn't. I get all the fun powers, but none of the inherent weaknesses. And way more beings trying to kill me because I'm neither human nor vampire.

Is there an antidote for being a damphir or do you like it?

There's no antidote, it's just what you are. You can hide it, pretend like you're not one, but life, uh, life finds a way. To, uh, remind you. Or kill you.
