CECILY PROFETA!! Another Genshin Oc, but she didn't fit into the lineup of my last post.

She is a blind meteorologist from The Court of Fontaine and a Hydro Catalyst. She works for the Steambird to deliver top quality weather reports using her ability to sense what happens in the future. Although she can't see, she will hear, taste, smell, or feel sensations of upcoming events, such as sunlight on her skin or the roar of thunder in her ears.

I don't know why but when he said he sampled the water of Qiaoying Village I just imagined him lapping it up on all fours when no one was looking so I doodled this up 💀💀

They/Them -- Genderfluid -- OC/Fandom Artist I primarily make art as a way to spend my time, mainly of my ocs but I do fandom stuff too!
