What is Carmelo's opinion on Tobias’s parents? Does he know about the punishment room and the scars on Tobi’s back?

On a more lighthearted note, how did he react when he found out Tobias had 23 siblings?

he haaaates them. It genuinely breaks his heart that his father would treat him so terribly. He knows about everything, since Tobias would just blurt things out during his breakdowns.

he was STUNNED. He asked a lot of questions about it. Tobias had a really nice time talking to Carmelo about his siblings, especially Mattias. Carmelo loves to hear the nice parts about Tobias’s home life/childhood.

i Kinda answered this in another ask! But I’ll go a little more into detail ^_^

Before they know that Carmelo has a thing for Tobias, Francis and Dino are iiiiicked outtttttt. They cannot comprehend that Carmelo is hanging out with THE Tobias … After they find out that Carm likes Tobi, they are a bit more respectful, but still confused… Eventually, they do start to hang out together! But that is way later in Tobi and Carmelo’s relationship ^_^

Dino and Francis don’t know much about the Emilio situation, however, they stopped talking to him because Carmelo begged them to. They were really conflicted about the whole thing, but sided with Carmelo after seeing how important it was to him.

What do Tobi and Carmelo’s mom usually do to bond?

They like to have their own time together, just the two of them. Carmelo’s mom would take him to thrift stores, fun restaurants, places that Carmelo went to growing up. She tells him little stories about Carmelo as well, and Tobias loves hearing them.

Do Carmelo’s parents find out about Carmelo’s bullying? How do they respond?

They do not! They have no idea about it. But they do see a change in him after hanging out with Tobias. They notice he is kinder and gentler.

How much do Carmelo’s parents know about Tobias’s family situation? I bet it would be really hard to talk about to a cop about it without someone getting arrested.

Carmelo’s mother doesn’t know much. She would try to get Tobias to open up to her, but it would always just end up with him screaming and crying, or just going completely silent. She knows that he had a rough childhood, and that he was abused, but that’s pretty much it.
