*By the way, for lack of a better place of adding this, I just recently turned 63, though people that I meet in RT often think that my age is different than that, usually much younger, heaven knows why.

I'm adding this fact now (mid-March 2025) because so many blogs that interest me request my age be a part of my (so far only skeleton of a) blog, or they will block me.

I'm surprised that they aren't as concerned to learn what my race and pronouns are, too, so that they can at least kick around excluding me on the basis of those factors, as well. But ageism is the only ism that American culture usually seems to treat as A-OK at worst and a cool badge of honor at best.
