so i made a post about keith being the bird friend and now i’ve given him a bird

keith names him robin (both because of batman’s sidekick and because he thought the lil guy was a robin because it was red. shiro probably tries to tell him its not a robin but its too late he’s already robin in keith’s heart).

Thinking about the mummification process again. How they go to such lengths to make the body seem like its in a pristine condition, (all fine!) or at least to preserve it. But the way even that’s just posturing, like a show- and all the important bits are stored away in jars? That not even the final resting place for it, not technically- yes its rotting under that wrapping but it still needs to journey through the night. There is still so much expected of this corpse yk?
