OK here me out... Fundy was acting kinda strange on Tubbo's stream, like as if he wasn't himself? He even asked who Jschlatt was? (Somone he looked up to and almost saw as a father figure) I'm definitely reading too much into this... but what if Ghostbur was behind that..? He's the only one not aware of Jschlatt.
