I do believe he does have feelings for woman too. I do agree the only thing really keeping him occupied is Batman, so he doesn’t get to show those feelings, but he also is really crazy so I doubt he really cares that much in his current state.

Does the Joker/Jack Napier like women?

Let’s talk about the Joker and his Jack Napier days here. The question is does he likes girls and show affection towards them? 

While he doesn’t show many signs of liking women, I do believe that somewhere in his mind he does show signs of affection and likes for girls. 

For example in Mask of the Phantasm, it is shown when he was Jack Napier that when Andrea Beaumont walked up to her doorstep, he made a sexual growl at her, which is a sign that he had some affection for her. 

And you can tell by the way he looked at her that he thought she was nice as well. 

So as Jack Napier, he seemed to have an affection for girls. 

But even in his Joker days, he showed signs of liking girls like how he was affectionate with a female robot. 

And there’s this belief that somewhere deep down in his mind he has affections for Harley too.

So if the Joker does have some feelings for girls, why does he abuse Harley and seem to ignore them if he had it in the past as Jack Napier and even a bit now?

Well we can most likely assume that because of his obsession with Batman that he can’t think of girls right now and is only preoccupied with him. And that’s why he probably ignores them majorly. Batman is in the way. 

But basically, in the past and somewhere deep down even now the Joker still most likely has some affection for girls.
