“Scientists know that rats like to have their bellies tickled, so they used that as basis for testing happiness in rats. They found out that the ears of rats undergoing tickling became droopier and pinker - subtle signs of being relaxed and happy“

This story in the local paper is utterly infuriating
Of course the cat was allowed to free roam 🙄
This is 100% the cat owner's fault. It is natural for dogs to chase and kill cats and most dogs would do the same given the chance. Prey drive is not the same as human aggression and a dog who kills cats is not necessarily dangerous.
Of course everyone in the comments is attacking the dog owner and saying the dog needs to be euthanised because it killed a cat. When are cat owners in the UK going to take responsibility for their animals? If you let your cat roam then anything bad that happens to it is YOUR fault.

secret relationship prompts, please?
Secret relationship prompts <3
hiding in alleyways and stealing kisses as everyone else walks ahead
holding hands under the table
whispering sweet things to each other in a stuffed car so no one else could hear
discreet, light touches on each other's backs that last a second
fleeting glances from across the room
kissing each other's cheeks when no one's looking
"i wish i could show you off to the world."
meeting in secret in the middle of the night
sneaking in through windows
hiding in random places when they hear someone coming
writing letters to each other and pressing it into the other's palms when passing by
