Here’s to Rap Monster, who has dreamed of this moment since his debut. Who used to perform as an underground artist as a student and who led his group so well despite his young age, despite of his uncertainty and fear for the future. Who gave up entering a good university for his passion for music and has spent nearly every night writing lyrics and making songs even till the early morning, even while waiting to go up on stage and even when they are on the plane flying to their next event. Who always writes such thoughtful tangents on loving ourselves, trusting our youth and our passion, forgiving ourselves, and appreciating everything that we have in this world. Who shows us every side to him even though he’s scared of the vulnerability. Who never forgets to thank those around him even if he does not know them personally. Who always thinks of us wherever he goes and who is always rooting for us in whatever we do. Truly without him, BTS would not be the BTS that they are today.
Here’s to Jin. Who has shown us that hardwork is everything. He started at Bighit as an actor, and he has practiced every single day to become the amazing performer that he is today. I think of how he called his vocal trainer at 4am to show her that he has improved and I get so proud. Here’s to the oldest member of the group. Who constantly showers his members and his fans with love. Who was the one that cooked for the members, borrowing food and tools from his own family when BTS could not afford to, who made sure that every member became comfortable in Seoul when they first arrived at BigHit. Who is always there to make us laugh with his silly gags and jokes, who is always there to make us feel loved. You worked hard to improve, you worked hard to be where you are right now. You deserve this.
Here’s to Suga. Who learned what it meant to be an adult at such a young age. Who used to perform for audiences of two and not have enough money to even buy ramen. Who used to listen to people constsntly tell him that he would ruin his family. Who came up to Bighit as a trainee and still worked hard, studying and working part time, even though he was fighting with suicidal thoughts, depression, self-hatred, a broken shoulder and more. Who spends countless of sleepless nights working on music and lyrics, even on the nights that they are on vacation or when they just come back from a performance. Who truly showed us that though the start may be humble, the end will be properperous. Thank you for teaching us what it means to live with passion, thank you for always working hard even if you don’t need to. You may not believe it, but this award is real and you deserve it. You’ve achieved all of your goals now!! You’ve worked hard to be where you are. Thank you for showing us that hardwork will never betray us.
Here’s to J-Hope. Who was a street dancer and came into bighit planning to become a vocalist and dancer. Who, when everyone doubted his skills, practiced even harder to become the well-rounded artist that he is now. Who taught himself how to rap and how to write lyrics despite having little experience in that area and is now one of the main creators behind bts’s music. Who practices every night, working on his mixtape and working on his dance skills, because he loves to do so. Who shows us what it means to live with hope and who never fails to show us happiness even in the most difficult of times. I hope you know that we are aware of how thoughtful you are, I hope you know that our love for you is eternal, and I hope you know that you too are more than deserving for this reward.
Here’s to Jimin. Who was a diligent student that studied dance so passionately. Who spends nearly every night in the practice room because he thinks “who am I to be resting right now?” I think of how you cried when people doubted your skills and I hope you know that those people are completely wrong. Your voice is something that touches our hearts and moves us and your skill in dance never fails to amaze us. You belong on stage. Here’s to Jimin. Who also showers his members with such adoration and affection, who is always there to comfort them in the darkest of times. Thank you for showing us what it means to be a good friend and brother. Thank you for showing us what it means to be kind. I hope you know that we love you just the way you are and that it’s okay to rest and to make mistakes. Please don’t ever doubt yourself.
Here’s to Taehyung. Who had to get the help of the bighit staff to convince his family to let him begin training. Who wanted to be a farmer so that he could help his grandmother in Daegu. Who has been so strong throughout this difficult year. Who constantly shows us new sides to his personality. Who constantly works hard in all that he does. Thank you for never failing to put a smile on our faces even when you were going through such a low point and thank you for teaching us what it means to be a filial child. Thank you for loving bangtan just as much as we do and thank you for always being so kind and bright. Your stage presence and skill never fails to amaze me as well. We will remember your grandmother and we will always thank her for her blessings. You are more than deserving of this award.
Here’s to Jungkook. Who started training at such a young age, who was so shy and insecure about himself. Who left his family in Busan to come up to Seoul when he was just 14 years old. Who cries when he thinks of the hardships that his members are going through. Thank you for trusting your brothers and your future, you deserve all the love in this world. I hope you learn that it is okay to not be strong all the time. Thank you for showing us your growth and your endurance and passion.
Lastly, here’s to BTS. This whole entire post of mine is incredibly cheesy but they really do mean a lot to me. Not only do they brighten every day with their humor and antics but they each have taught me so many things and they constantly inspire me in all that they do. They have taught me to dream, to be diligent, to be loving, and to trust my future. More importantly, they have taught me what it means to be young. So here’s to BTS and their first daesang. You deserve it more than anybody in this world and you each are deserving of all the love in this universe. Thank you for showing us that we never are alone and thank you for understanding us and showing us what it means to achieve your dreams and to live with passion. We hear your voice.
Here’s to the first of many more :)

I honestly don't know where to start with but after I saw the Mama Awards and BTS speech for winning Artist of the year for the third time in a row i really got so emotional and I first of all wanna congrat you my 7 boys you deserved to win the award again because you really worked hard for it! But second of all i thought a lot about the speech, which is why it took me so long to say something. What I knew for sure was that I wanted to share my thoughts.
First of all towards BTS. You are my 7 angels to me. To be honest it broke my heart to hear that you were so mentally exhausted that you even considered disbanding...the work that you do is very very difficult. Being in the public all the time, having packed schedules, having barely time for yourself, having barely privacy or getting all those harsh and hurtful words from some people out there is not only physically but also mentally very exhausting and some of you also didn't had enough time to grieve...and because of these reasons I can understand that you felt like you were on a point were you all couldn't anymore, were you considered disbanding but at the same time I am so very happy that you guys decided to go on to be still with us but although I'm very happy about it I want you to know i will always support any of your decisions no matter what and I will always purple you 💜 the most important thing for me is that you are healthy and happy to fullest and that you 7 will always stay together! You 7 were the reason for me to go on, I have a lot of times in my life where I want to give up on everything but then I see you 7 working so hard and never giving up no matter how difficult it is or how exhausted you are always trying you best when I see you like that it gave me strength and i get even more strength when I see you beautiful smiles the ones that are honest and from the bottom of your heart because this one's show me that you are truly happy. 😊 thank you for being my angels, my strength, my hope and my music to my soul! Thank you for teaching me and so many other people how to love ourselves! I don't know if you will ever read this but thank you my 7 angels! Thank you to the 7 humble, sweet, dorky, fun, caring, talented, hardworking, handsome, lovely and inspirational boys that i wish that I could embrace with all my love and warmth! Thank you for filling me with happiness all the time just thank you for everything! I purple you a lot!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Bang Si Hyuk, the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, shared the story behind the creation of BTS.
In an interview with Xports News on November 17, Bang PD revealed why and how he came to create the hit K-pop group. He explained, “The first thing that motivated me to create BTS was leader Rap Monster. I began thinking that I need to make a hip-hop group after listening to Rap Monster’s rap, and then I gathered the members. I also believed that this group would not simply become an idol group who does hip-hop, but a group where each member can tell their individual stories. This thought of mine was reflected in the music of BTS and it still does today.”
Bang PD continued, “I wanted them to become a group not only capable of composing and writing, but also producing music and performances. And they are slowly achieving that.”

At times like this, the hate that gets thrown at BTS really gets to me. And it makes me sad. It’s sad that people choose to talk bad about them without getting to know how amazing they are and how much they’ve been through to be where they are now. So many people choose to ignore the fact that they deserve the good things as well and so many people choose to join the BTS hate bandwagon just because everyone else is doing it. And as a fan it’s frustrating because I look at Bangtan and see 7 talented guys who are trying so hard to achieve their dreams. Seven amazing people who, like others, deserve the best. I really try not to respond to hateful comments but please, please: try to at least get to know them and stop judging them based on what everyone else is saying. They are a group who really had to start from the bottom, had to leave their families behind and sacrifice most of their childhood to be able to make music and perform. They had very little to nothing and I’d like to think that if not for their determination and hard work, they’d still be like that. They love what they’re doing and it shows in their music, when they’re performing on stage and when they’re interacting with fans. They’re genuine people and they’re brave because they choose to tell their stories through the songs they make. Seriously, listening to Bangtan is an eye-opening experience. They don’t only sing about love, but also of societal and personal issues and emotions that a person experiences. They always give their best when performing. And they love their fans. I’m an international fan and to be honest, I’ve never felt like I truly belong to a family until I decided to stan Bangtan. And I don’t regret it, not even a little. Their group is built on brotherhood and trust. And it’s beautiful.
And just like other idols, they don’t deserve the amount of hate that they’re getting. And I’m sure there were times when they thought it’s too difficult, that it’s best to just stop but they’re still here, making music, inspiring people and making us happy.
So thank you, Bangtan. For showing me what true friendship is and for showing me that there will be hardships along the way and it will hurt, but it’s okay. Thank you for loving us despite our differences. For making us smile. Thank you. For everything.
He is such an angel! He is someone who likes to make other people smile and when I saw him tonight crying and talking about his grandmother who has passed away it broke my heart I hope that he will be getting better now with the help of his member and I hope he will have a good fan meeting tomorrow too! Also I will support this beautiful person taehyung forever and I will remember his grandmother as he told us! I guess she really was amazing if she kinda like raised this beautiful sunshine taehyung too Thank you that you were such great grandmother and thanks for raising taehyung together with his parents! May you rest in piece
“Like this, at Gocheok Dome with our fans… My grandmother passed away recently. She passed away on the morning of September 4th, the day we had a concert. She raised me for the past 14 years like my parents. In my memory, grandmother is someone who, whenever I want to do something, or want to eat something, or even when I keep asking her for things, she always gives me all. She is a very important person to me. She is that much of an important person. The day we won 1st place on Music Bank with “Blood, Sweat & Tears”, it was my grandmother’s 49 days. She always said she wanted to see Taehyungie on TV or performing live. I wanted to prepare an event for her when we won 1st place. I wanted to let her see her wish come true, but the timing wasn’t right. It was my biggest regret. My grandmother, who is the most important person to me, always told me to treat my fans well. It’s thanks to our ARMYs that we got more attention and got closer to my goal with “Blood, Sweat & Tears” promotion period, but I think it’s because my grandmother gave me her support from heaven. I will believe in that and work harder, so our precious ARMYs, please remember my grandmother too. Thank you.”
I Agree! Think first before you do something! If you are a true fan of someone then respect that person not only as celebrity but also as a human being! They are all humans so don't claim or hurt them! Let them have their privacy they are doing already enough for us fans so this is the least we can do giving them space in their free time and support them in anyway! Also respect their love lifes too! They are once again humans and they can't do anything about their feelings! No one can do anything about it because it's our heart that decides who we fall in love with so just be respectful. We are beautiful human beings in our own way and it shouldn't matter who we love because the most important thing should be if you are a true fan and if the person you are fan of is in a relationship that you are happy for him or her! Because isn't that the person you like and don't you want him or her to be the happiest? So just have respect and be happy for him or her! Don't take away his or her smile, don't take away the happiness of him or her and don't make it even more difficult for him or her. Think about it.
