Water cohesion is the process of water molecules sticking to other water molecules or water-based substances, like when you add water to water. So, whether or not you believe water is "wet" is really based on if you consider water cohesion (attaching water to water) the same as making water wet. In which case, I do not. Thus, water is not wet. But if you disagree with me, I'm open to counterarguments!
