sam’s childhood home gets burned down in a fire that killed his mother. he moves from motel room to motel room to shitty short-term lease his entire childhood. his apartment with his first girlfriend burns down in a fire that kills her too. bobby’s house burns to the ground and took the panic room he was imprisoned in with it. the house he bought with amelia becomes where she lives with her husband, back from the dead. becomes where he did “the worst thing he’s ever done,” as decreed by the devil, as decreed by his brother. the bunker becomes the place his brother tried to kill him, his room becomes a place the devil took over wearing his best friend, a literal pit in the ground to suffocate in when ketch tells them it makes a lovely tomb. the bunker is the place sam watched all the hunters under his care die. the bunker becomes a living graveyard for his brother, his best friend, his son. their rooms eternally preserved, empty and hollow and silent except for the sound of the toaster making him flinch. the most consistent, stable place sam has ever lived his entire life for the longest amount of time is the cage. you can never go home and even if you could, would you want to? would it want to see you either?

my absolute favourite thing about that last post is the amount of people who clearly haven’t watched supernatural in years leaving notes in the tags like MAN i miss when supernatural was good. do you guys remember this. this was the PEAK of supernatural and it all went so downhill after this. and it’s like you’re right babes supernatural never WAS this good. because that’s smallville.

this is a very out of the blue post for me to make, but thirteen hours ago numerous A-list celebrities wrote and signed a thank-you letter to Biden for supporting Israel and lent him their own support as well. if you at any point supported or “stanned” any of these celebrities, now is the time to bring it to a full stop. no matter how much this letter or these celebrities or anyone else wants to pretend that a blatant genocide is a “both sided” conflict, it fucking isn’t, and their vocalized complicity should not be heralded or followed in, and any continued support of them is frankly disgusting.
