Why am I starting to ship this-

Remus, peering over Logan's shoulder: Whatcha doin dorkness?

Logan, without even thinking: Drawing tattoos that I'll never have, becauae of reasons.

Remus: Drawing? You can draw?!

Logan, cringing just a little as he clutches his book close to his chest: Yes... I was told that drawing is an inherently "Roman" thing to do, so I usually only do it in private. I'd really.. really appreciate if you didn't mention it to them... Especially not to Patton.

Remus, now one hundred percent more worried about Logan: No problem dorkness I promise...

Remus, randomly pointing to one in the book: What's this one based on? I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. It looks absolutely dreadful, in the best way possible~

Logan, perking up quite a bit: Well actually it was based on this old Greek notion of-

au where Virgil and Patton are a mystery solving duo that slowly become not-a-duo because in all honesty they’re really bad at it alone. halfway through their second case ever they get unavoidably stumped so they cave and ask Logan to help, and after that he’s just a part of the crew. They all refuse to tell Roman what’s up bc he’s a bit of a blabbermouth, until he gets caught up in the action one time, and when they save him he’s just like “well now you have to tell me what’s happening :)” so they resignedly explain and let him join the team. Janus sees through their various excuses and basically just invites himself to their meetings and refuses to leave, so they don’t really have a choice there (but he’s actually very helpful, albeit not super cooperative). They’re like the world’s most dysfunctional Nancy Drew crew
