Wtf How Did You Mistake That

A pelipper mail package. It's certainly rain-damaged, it seems like something went wrong during delivery.

Inside are two pots with... eggs? In them. Both are mostly buried within decently sized terracotta pots. They are remarkably undamaged. Seems as though they were packaged with care.

A Note is Attached. A lot of the text is illegible.

The bottom chunk of the note is entirely illegible. There are more lines, but it seems they got soaked in the water. There is no information to be gleaned as to the origin or intended destination of these eggs.

What was your advice? I’m curious how you’d handle your own situation if it were a client you were talking to. Doing so can be illuminating sometimes.

He’d be willing to do an in person appointment, I’m not sure how you feel bout those. I know you mentioned stigma and disliking it as such, so I’d suspect not.

Background: Chief was a medic in the pokewars of yore and belonged to my grandpa. He’s in my care now as my grandpa isn’t able to care for him. He’s not distrustful of humans really, more so he sees them all as in his care and can’t seem to submit himself to their care. He’s been pretty isolated and is mourning my grandmother and the loss of company of my grandpa/ loss of caretaking for him since he is in my families care now.

Hmm, I'm a huge fan of the packbonding tendency that humans have. Small creature? Baby. Big creature? Big baby. Toaster? Baby that go ding when toast. Everything and anything can and will be adopted by a human, and it brings me incredible amounts of joy.

As a human (I know, boring right?) I have personally packbonded with two roombas, a hat, and a 3/4 inch metal ball bearing. And I'm not sorry about it. I'm sure there's worse but those are the 3 wierd ones that come to mind.

I really appreciate your openness! Learning is my passion and you seem to have a lot of unique knowledge and experiences.

Yeah, most folk don't know it's not just mythos !! It's a fascinating condition for sure, and even moreso with weird forms like my own-- but I think it's neat and enjoy talking about it :}

It is funny but it's also kinda true-- normally I like to keep a human-like trunk instead of going 100% ... it looks very silly, but it means I keep my land-lungs (and arms, and size..), so it makes living on my own a lot easier XP
