Fever Dream (or: Casey Has A Zuko-style Moral Coma Post S2)

4 panel comic depicting the turtles, Splinter, April, Draxum, and Casey immediately Post-Rise of the TMNT Season 2. The first panel features all of them after returning the people of New York City with Raph proudly saying "We did it, guys! We saved the city!" April notices Casey with her back turned and asks "Sooo, Ca..ssandra? What're you gonna do now?" with background dialogue of Mikey trying to invite Casey to dinner. Casey shakes and sweats as she sluggishly says "I... don't... feel... so... good..." before collapsing to everyone's shock. As background dialogue from the turtles discusses if she's dead or not, April's voice is at the forefront, calling out "Cassandra...?" as Casey lays unconscious on the ground.

Floating in an ethereal space, Rise of the TMNT Casey is frozen in shock as huge serpentine dragon versions of the Shredder and Splinter surround her. Dragon Shredder flies above her, looking at her with a wide critical eyes as pink flames gush from his sharp open maw. Dragon Splinter flies below with green steam billowing from his nostrils.

A modified version of the previous illustration with Casey and the two dragons. The colors have been warped so that the dragon version of Shredder and Splinter are stark red and green respectively. In broken text on either side of Casey, "CASSANDRA" is called out in green while "GENERAL" is called out in pink.

This makes me so happy.

TMNT fan comic of the 2003 Turtles. Raphael and Michelangelo are on a couch. Mikey is sitting on the floor with his knees up, Raphael is lazily slouching on the couch on his right.
Text above them reads *Watching Star Trek DS9*
Mikey: So... why does Sisko keep calling that lady 'Old Man'?
Raph: Mikey, if you're just tryina interupt my show...
Mikey: No seriously!

Mikey turns to look at Raph, who looks annoyed to be interrupted.
Raph: She's Jadzia Dax. DAX is like a worm alien that transfers between hosts.
Mikey: That sounds like a horror movie!
Raph: It's not, it's a consensual relationship thing. Anyway, Dax used to be in a dude named Curson, so he was Curson Dax, and he was friends with Sisko.

Mikey turns back to the tv, watching wide eyed.
Mikey: So... Dax, like, used to be a dude and now he's a lady? And could be a dude again later?
Raph: Yeah, pretty much.
Mikey: Oh, cool.

Shot changes to in front of the two. Text above them reads *An Episode Later* . Mikey turns slightly, looking a little nevous.
Mikey: ...Hey Raphie.
Raph looks irritated again, gripping the arm of the couch with one hand.
Raph: What?

Shot changes to a view of the two from above Raph, his face taking up the whole right half of the frame. He looks annoyed. Mikey looks small sitting on the floor on the left. He's staring ahead with big nervous eyes and twiddling his thumbs.
Mikey: Do you think turtles could be like those worms? Like be a dude one day and a lady the next?
Raph: That sounds like a Don question.

Mikey turns to look at Raph. He looks more nervous now.
Mikey: No, like, MUTANT TURTLES. Like if there was a worm in me-- Wait no, if I was a worm-- No, like a turtle in a worm-- Or a worm was in a turtle? Yeah, like maybe I'm just a worm in a turtle!
Raph's gaze softens, his eyes widening.

Shot in front of them again. Raph has leaned forwards, placing his hands on his knees to brace himself. He squints an eye as he looks at Mikey, confused.
Raph: Come again?
Mikey turns his body slightly to look up at Raph, he's places his hands on his chest as a way to gesture to himself.
Mikey: Well maybe I'm just like. A worm who doesn't have a gender, but I'm in a mutant turtle!

Mikey turns his head back to the tv, smiling with his eyes closed.
Mikey: Maybe sometimes the turtle is a boy and sometimes it's a girl! Doesn't matter to the worm, it's still a worm!
Raph has folded his arms on his lap, leaning forwards as he looks ahead, a slight smile on his face.
Raph: Right...

Close up on Mikey from below. Raph is over his shoulder, head tilted slightly in question with a smile on his face.
Raph: Does your worm... feel like the turtle's a girl right now?
Mikey grins.
Mikey: I think so?

Shot changes to in front of them. Raph is grinning big and leaning towards Mikey, affectionately rubbing her head. He holds out the remote in his free hand.
Raph: Alright, sis, is it cool if I put on another episode? So we can talk more about it?
Mikey is beaming with joy, eyes closed, clasping her hands together in front of her face.
Mikey: Yes please!

the year is 2003, you live in the sewers with your brothers, your dad is a literal rat, so you don't have access to a specific kind of language to understand your feelings, but what you do have is star trek. so lets just figure it out from there?

Testing out new tablet but I found out my version of CSP doesn't work cross-platform so I had to do a subscription thing booooooo >O<
