my sister kinda cooked today. we were talking about how dumb it is that people consider (insert bigoted group here) mistaken little uwus (i call it “uwu culture” as a current response to cancel culture where people are uncritically assumed to be “misled” or uneducated or “victimized” as justification for the bigoted beliefs ) and she said:

I'd love to see feminists placing women in the role of "default human" from now on as a way of centering them, using feminine pronouns when speaking of people generally. Men have done this for themselves for more than long enough. I want to take maleness out of our language as much as possible, at least in English.
"To each their own" >>> "To each her own"
"Every person should be able to do what he wants" >>> "Every person should be able to do what she wants"
"God in His infinite wisdom..." >>> "God in Her infinite wisdom..."
Etc.
Just speak from the female experience as much as possible. Wash maleness out of your speech, and you'll wash it gradually out of your way of thinking.

A lot of pop psychology gets thrown around and since I already have a headache, here's preventing you lot from making it worse.
Love-bombing: A manipulation tactic of increasing affection and grand gestures before or after doing something abusive, specifically to weasel one's way out of consequences.
What it is not: A streak of affection and generosity towards friends/loved ones.
Trauma-bonding: Knowingly traumatizing someone to take advantage of their vulnerable state, to then act like the "hero" or the one who cheers them up.
What it is not: Bonding over similar traumas.
Gaslighting: *Knowingly* convincing someone they cannot trust their own perception of a situation in pursuit of one's own narrative.
What it is not: Misaligned perception of events.
Narcissist: Someone afflicted with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, a traumagenic cluster B disorder, that struggles with self-obsession, paranoia, craving validity from the public, delusions of grandeur, and social disconnection.
It is not: Your rubbish ex that cheated on you.

If you don't treat both with care and respect, at some point your brain and your body will reach a point of breakdown and burnout - and any mental or physical conditions you may have tried to ignore and power through will kick your ass. So take that goddamn nap or that break now. Don't wait for yourself to shatter and fall apart before you tend to the cracks in your body and mind. Just because you may have the choice to ignore your limits right now doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. Take care of yourself now or you WILL regret it.

While reading "caliban and the witch" and "women as wombs" I was struck by the realization of how similar Mechanical Philosopy's and christian ideas during the industrial revolution sound to today's transhumanism-queer theory-trans activism-liberal feminism (and the rest of Donna Harraway's fandom) . I also draw the parallel between the two historical periods - intense evolution of technology and society.

Men have what's called "explosive" strength. Power + speed. The price of this type of strength is tiring quickly and tissue injury. If a man can't overwhelm you in the first few minutes, he's lost his "advantage". They also have low pain tolerance. Strikes are loudly telegraphed and slow compared to maneuvering and grappling. Most men don't train legs at all.
Learning how to fight with a woman's strengths is a game changer. Endurance, flexibility, joint manipulation, reflexes, environmental awareness, marksmanship. The disparity in strength that exists between a man's upper body and a woman's upper body, exists between a woman's hips and a man's hips. Regardless, women need to do full body heavy strength training to shore up what socialization has depleted-- strength training also increases your bone density. Hormonal birth control weakens you.
Eyes, ears, nose, tendons, small joints. Men fight for fun and status/ego. Women fight for survival. If a fight cannot be avoided, you must move to kill/cripple first and without mercy. The more meaty/fat the neck, the more your chokes will hurt. A properly applied choke kills in approximately two minutes or less. Men are especially susceptible to foot, ankle and knee manipulation. If you can hook his balls with your fingers and bust them, there's a strong chance of him choking to death on his own vomit.
I've spent most my life getting in fights. Men are sloppy, stupid, overemotional, and weak. Their strengths have nothing on ours. But you do need to start navigating the world as if we at war. An isolated woman is a woman in danger. Failure to cultivate your woman body and instincts can cost you your life at worst, your self assurance at least.
