After roughly a year in production, featuring a total of 124 contributors, 97 Artists, 25 Writers and 2 Cosplayers…bringing us to a total of 365 pages…we are very ecstatic and proud to announce the official release of Ninja Never Quit: A Tenth Anniversary Ninjago Fanzine.
The Tenth Anniversary Zine is interactive. This means when you click on a piece it should take you to the creators social media page! Please show each of them love and support for all their hard work!
This was my (Mod S’s) first time leading a community project and despite it being exhausting and causing me many nights of stress…in the end it was well worth it. Thank all of you for a wonderful (and chaotic) past year, thank you for all of your hard work as you all came together to produce all these fabulous pieces. You all did amazing. I cant wait to see some of you in the next one ;)
Now…without further ado…
The zine may be viewed for free using the links below!
We hope you enjoy it :D

Sometimes Dareth wonders how much longer he can stand this.
The thing about watching this train wreck, Dareth catches himself thinking, in the ruins of ninjago city, is that you can’t stop it, only hope, and deal with the aftermath. The ninja are barreling down the track, brakes ripped out, and their wheels are teetering on the rails, and the only thing that will stop them now is the end of the line. He can see it approaching, the inevitable crash, and there are days where he goes home to his tiny apartment and sits on his couch without the will to bear flipping on the lights, and wonders if he’s strong enough to watch.
But he can’t abandon them.
Sensei Garmadon is gone. Mystake is dead. Wu and Misako don’t count, not really, not with how careless they can be- it’s only Dareth, who is too human and too clueless and too weak. He doesn’t understand the brutal violence of their lives. He isn’t nearly enough but he is something, and he can’t leave them, he won’t. He won’t. He will smile and laugh and urge them to do the same, he will stand by their sides at even the darkest of time, and he will make a difference.
He does something stupid and silly and Lloyd chuckles, it’s the first time he’s heard him laugh in weeks, and he hopes.
that's so endearing wth
Zane gets into abstract painting at his therapists suggestion because it helps him visualize his feelings and express them, and he ends up setting up a little studio to center all his art supplies. Cole, partly on his therapists suggestion as well, and his own inclination to earth and art based hobbies, takes up pottery and working with clay. He and Zane share their space and end up making a lot of things together! Cole works up a vase and Zane paints it, that's the system. Their very first collaborative piece is proudly displayed front and center in their living room... despite its lumps and messy paint, they wouldn't replace it for the world
okay you didn't have to go ahead and murder me and every other writer but alright
You’ve heard of one shots, now get ready for none shots! It’s when you think of an idea for a fic and then don’t write it
