I am BEGGING people to look online, just search keywords with your location till you find something. “Free income therapy (city/state)” works wonders. And don’t be afraid to reach out to local therapists offices, email them, call them, do whatever you can. Yes, therapy should be more accessible, but until that happens you have to really look for it.
