improvement? i drew gem’s pumpkin patch! this was so tedious but it looks better than my last attempt! this took so so long

what i learned? background artists are incredibly patient. also! ombres serve an important role in creating depth and shadow at least through my observation and experimenting

the background and gem separated- i am proud of this but im still eager to keep improving!

There are two basic arguments for shutting the fuck up about cishets at Pride.

First: What if a trans kid asks their parents to show their support by attending Pride with them? What if a lesbian can only attend pride if she gets a ride from someone and the only person willing and able to drive her is her straight brother? What if a bi disabled person can't attend a large outdoor event without hands-on assistance from their straight partner? What if someone just wants to bring their fucking friends? What if, contrary to popular tumblr discourse, most queers don't inhabit perfectly pure social bubbles populated only by other queers?

Second and perhaps more important: If you think you can tell that someone is CIS, let alone HET, by LOOKING at them, you are a cop and an idiot.

There’s something so fun to me about hermits referring to their builds/projects as “grian proof” and/or “scar safe”

On the hermitcraft server there are no OSHA regulations. Just “can grian break this out of boredom/over-excitement?” and “will this kill/confuse scar?”

i started watching hermitcraft again and im slowly catching up with season 9.

i decided to draw grian bc he was the one that got me into hermitcraft back in 2019- and im so amazed at how good the recent seasons are. so glad i got into it again :)
