2. The little mermaid🧜♀️🎀 she’s the ‘little’ mermaid for a reason, we will enjoy drinking a looot of water, and zero sugar/diet sodas
3. Cinderella🫧👸🏼today we will fuel our bodies with no more than 500cals, but careful, before 12:00 in the morning
4. Sleeping Beauty🎀🩰 3 bites of whatever food you want 2 times a day
5. Belle🌼📚 fifth day already!!! good job we’re almost halfway there! today you’ll eat 450 calories, and drink tea when you feel hunger
6. Jasmine🩵🧞♀️yummy! fruits and veggies all day, no more than 500 calories tho^^
7. Pocahontas🌞🪵 raw food only!! 400 calories will be the perfect amount for today
8. Mulan🗡️🦢 Green health tea for breakfast and dinner, and for lunch a cup of white delicious rice
9. Tiana🐸👸🏾 green foods only, a maximum of 600 calories
10. Rapunzel🦎🪻one teaspoon of raw honey in the morning as her long shiny hair for energy, 300 calories without counting the honey
11. Merida👩🏼🦰🏹 450 calories
12. Alice🃏🦋 tea right when you wake up, and 300 calories during the day

does anyone have any tips for st4rv1ng, i find i eat even when i am full when im bored? lately ive found it more difficult to vomit it back up again, i dont want to get better im not skinny enough.
Tips on how to lock in again? Had 2 weeks of 2000-3000c a day and I gained 3kg. I was at my lw and now it’s hard to restrict but idk why
I don’t think I am the best person to answer this question since I binge a lot.
But you could drink water and other zero calorie drinks or chew gum. In summers I love to chew ice cubes too.
You could also make a to do list and make a promise with yourself that you are not gonna eat till you are done with them.
