"there's a part of me that says i should just move on. this [fiction-kintype] is a part of me, of course, but not a part i need to dwell on."
guess who booted up its source game and started a new playthrough? ✌️ and guess who's created a word document to jot down discovered noemata while playing? ✌️✌️
joking tone aside.
i discovered this kintype during the worst years of my illness, and i think that clouded my perception of it. talking about it in the quoted post made me wonder if revisiting the source now that i'm in a healthier place might lend some new perspective, or at least jog some more positive noemata.
so far, i've been correct - though that life was dark, i've discovered more positive noemata now than i did in the past, and realized i was mistaken about some noemata. i'm enjoying visiting my source now more than i did then.
I know I'm made of clay that's worn / blinded by imperfect form (creature - half•alive)
a drawing i did a few days ago that im extremely proud of. its about nonhumanity of course, about how a person is not their body, but how they see themselves. it represents my three kintypes: dragon, enderman and unicorn, and how phantom shifts can make them overlap sometimes over my physical body.
edit - i based my drawing on this one by @mossymenagerieart! go look at his art its really cool
Saw someone mention doing this ages ago and I wrote up my own for fun, but then forgot about it. So, here, uhhhh have this

day 3, lambeosaurus!
Thomas Grünfeld, “Misfit (St.Bernard/Sheep)” (1994): Grünfeld’s “misfit” series consists of taxidermy objects arranged in somewhat unsettling (i.e. disturbingly unnatural) juxtapositions, yet at the same time humorous, playful and imaginative. One could liken them to assemblage or collage, something like Robert Rauschenberg’s “combines.” They’re all hybrids, like cyborgs, or creatures of myth.
unhinged thirty days of otherkin challenge, day 30: has thirty days of this unhinged you further?
nah, but it was fun! i've been wanting to talk about my alterhumanity, but felt too wary - this was a good way to ease into it.
unhinged thirty days of otherkin challenge, day 15: how do you make your room/home/surroundings more suited to your kintype?
i have some decorations that i switch out for different seasons, and a few kintype-specific trinkets, but unfortunately i don't have the energy/space of my own to do much rn :(
my most treasured kintype-specific trinket atm is my fairy nightlight :) my little moon
i would like to get those fabric leaf vines to tape onto my bedroom ceiling. green for spring/summer, and red for the fall.
maybe one day i could get a bedroom with a mattress big enough to fashion into a proper nest with blankets and pillows and such? something to think about.
