He likes to be in control yeah? to pull the metaphorical strings, he can manipulate people and keep conversations to go in his favour, well what if when he is with MC, Leander catches himself slipping, his laughs become more geniune, less forced, his eyes become softer and shoulders slightly less stiff, he let's himself immerse in the conversation and to his horror he only notices this after mc leaves, the conversations and happenings around wet wick he keeps in check by the back of his mind completely gone from his attention, the control and awarness of his situation he had honed was forgotten all because of one person and leander is afraid of MC and the power they managed to hold over him

You ever hear that old chestnut about how most people neglect the part of the story of Icarus where he also had to avoid flying too low, lest the spray of the sea soak his feathers and cause him to fall and drown? You ever think about how different the world would be if Icarus died that way instead? If the idiom was to Fly To Close To The Sea? 🕊 Definitely more relaxed, easygoing and less threatening — perhaps to the point where they are willing to hold an almost normal conversation with Ais

🕊 Even if they were, it’s highly unlikely to accept anything that’s not out of Kuras’ hand (force of habit strikes in)
