Finally.
I did it. I finally told my parents that I'm depressed. And you know what? I don't feel better about it. I don't feel the weight on my chest leave. It's still there, I still feel it on my body. I've heard people say that once it's told, you feel relieved. I don't. I feel scared because they've now seen a part of their child they never wanted to see. The side that stays hidden from the world and won't say what's really on the mind. The finally sad l saw the side of death. It still hurts me, I don't feel relieved. I feel the same.

This is one of my many OCs for Percy Jackson. ~Name: Ares Mendoza ~Godly parent: Apollo ~Age: 16 ~Hair: Blood red (Natural: Blonde) ~Eyes: Golden ~Weapon: Bow and arrows, dagger ~Years at camp: 4 ~Quests: 1 ~Special powers: Nothing unlike the other children of Apollo ~Likes: Singing, dancing, archery, drawing. ~Dislikes: Bullies, being ignored ~Past: Ares was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at a young age. She had to be with one of her friends at all times or she would have a panic attack. When she started high school, the panic attacks watered down to being alone for 30 to 45 minutes without freaking out. The depression was still there and she still has it to this day. Ares has cuts on her arms, legs, and stomach. She keeps smiling for everyone, but only the few she trusts knows her true form. Ares hides the cuts in her arms with a lot of bracelets.
