The iof killed a palestinian man in tulkarem which makes idk how many killings in the west bank so far and there's an instagram page that compiles videos of the martyrs and the video for this man was him surprising his daughter with a "princess" style room he made for her. It does make you insane that some iof soldier, some 20 year old trigger happy son of a bitch is able to destroy a family that quick. His little girl is so small and yet its normal for a palestinian child to be orphaned in this way. It just makes me too insane

His name was Faris Khalifa and he was 37 years old and he was killed by iof on January 16th

its frightening to think that although you may be hearing of them less, the scale of death in gaza has remained unrelenting, unceasing. im scared and saddened at how it has almost become gauche to list the ways in which palestinians are dying, that at some point everyone came to a collective fatigue of posting and seeing dead bodies and stopped sharing them, even though the images are still coming out daily, but it's almost as though no one knows what to do with them anymore.

things i've seen today, january 3rd 2024:

a child in gaza city running from snipers praying under his breath as he passes a road full of corpses, including children

two journalists running through a different road as people lie dying around them. they both stop to ask the dying men (one very elderly) to say their last prayers, but they are too far gone

a girl crushed underneath the rubble in the refugee camp of jabaliya, her ponytail swinging down

a father and his small daughter both killed by a sniper shot to the head lying on a road

some of these people were killed today. some were killed earlier, in the north, but have only just been shared due to communication blackouts. israel's genocide of palestinians continues.

One of my favourite post formats is when someone with a similar URL to op torments them like they are failed clones of each other and it completely changes the tone of the original post.

12/05/23- URGENT! Please help a homeless trans woman who is being threatened and extorted by a man for money and the use of her car! After a flat tire, Charlotte met a man who gave her a spare tire, but immediately afterwards he forced himself into her car & demanded that she drive him around for errands. He has spent all of her money & threatened to kill her or force her into s*x work if she doesn't comply. She wants to escape, but she has no gas, no money, and only a spare tire. She is terrified of what will happen if this guy catches up with her. He already choked her when she asked him not to drive too fast with the spare tire. PLEASE help if you can!

Its been said countless times but its insane that we are literally witnessing a genocide. We are being witness to the mass slaughter of indigenous peoples and nobody with the power to do anything seems to care. Its so hard to hold onto hope, but we must for the Palestinian people. As an indigenous person who still feels the effect of ethnic cleansing and genocide and colonization today, who sees it still in his family, it pains me to see it currently happening to millions of people. Death to israel. Death to america. Death to britian. Justice for the Palestinian people. Solidarity with oppressed peoples everywhere. Strength to Gaza.

some people have asked about making zines, and i've seen a lot of people in the tags talk about wanting to make some but don't know how... so here is a zine (technically two) about making zines! wowza! pardon the handwriting lol

there are other methods of making zines that require a stapler or sewing, but this one-page zine is the simplest form of it.

i hope this makes sense, feel free to ask if anything is unclear :]
