In a 52-47 decision, the Senate has voted to save net neutrality.
This! I very much agree! I second it since I forgot to do my three. Also Kaitlyn almost died in book one. It is not an understatement to say that she has gone through some hell in her college years. I would argue she is one of the realest characters with her flaws and development.
The bracelet scene is one my favourites. I was tearing up right alongside Kaitlyn. đą
1.) Whatâs your favorite Kaitlyn chapter/scene?
2.) 3 things you love about kaitlyn and why?
Hawke, at the Winter Palace: who the fUCKâ
Josephine: Champion, please!
Hawke: oh shit, sorry. Um⊠*looks at varric* âŠwhomst?
Varric: đ
Hawke: whomst the fUCKâ
I gotcha! Thank you for the reply!
How hard was it to set the tone and environment for your horror/thriller?
It wasnât terribly difficult but it was also a nightmare I had one night so I kind of just channeled my fear from the nightmare into the work hahaha It did take a lot of edits though and watching lots of crime shows and horror movies definitely helped! I also tried to keep it fairly realistic cuz I feel like thereâs nothing scarier than something happening in real life
I love every fanfiction author on earth !!! Thank you so much for using your own time to provide us with a free(!) story to read that is 10x better than every book I have read put in one!
For long fic writers: Your detailed fics are so amazing and you amaze me every single time with the amount of research and time you have put into your beautiful works! Whether I am looking to kill time or just want something to distract me you have provided me with that, and I am so glad we have writers like you!
For short fic writers: Your fluffy/angsty/smutty/all of the above fics are so nice to read after a long day! When I just need something small because I donât have the energy for something long, you wrote something for yourself and shared it with us, and I am so glad that we have writers like you!
If you write fluff; Thank you so much! I love reading your self-indulgent fics. They are so sweet and adorable and those characters definitely would do that.
If you write angst; Thank you so much! I love reading your painful fics. Iâm always excited to see how it will end and if things will ever get better.
If you write smut; Thank you so much! I love reading your own fantasies(or realities, or just what you chose to write). They make me smile and blush.
If you write romance; Thank you so much! I love reading about my otp falling in love over and over. Even if it is clichĂ©, itâs also unique and Iâm still surprised each time.
If you write about platonic relationships; Thank you so much! I love reading about my favorite best friends and siblings. You bring something not often seen and your courage is amazing.
If you write crack; Thank you so much! I love reading your random fics. They make me laugh time and time again and even if they are weird and ooc, they are amazing too.
If you write anything else; THANK YOU SO MUCH! Whatever it is you write, it is amazing and I love it.Â
I know my singular opinion doesnât mean much when there are millions of people on this earth, but I want it to be heard!
I LOVE FANFICION WRITERS. YAâLL ARE THE REAL MVPS.
â Settings are a tricky business in stories, whether theyâre real or make-believe. For those of us who decide to choose a place that is somewhere on this Earth, we have a lot of research to do; so much that it can be daunting at first. Hereâs a list to start you on the path of capturing that place on the pages.
Weather Patterns -Â
What itâs like when it rains
What itâs like when it snows
What itâs like when the wind blows
How the people react
Where the weather is consistent and where it isnât
How the weather effects people and their plans
Youâd be surprised how large a role this plays in society.
Culture -Â
Cost of living
Major subgroups
Dominant subcultures
Popular places
Trends
Slang
Fashion
Food
Politics
Accents
PopulationsÂ
Geography -
Street and place names
Landmarks
Locations
Distance between locations
Transportation
Become a local from far away.
Where It Could Go Wrong - If youâre going to use a place that exists in real life, where people could potentially visit or even have grown up in, please use discretion when deciding which parts of your story in which you decide to incorporate reality and which parts you decide to make it up.

A very useful demonstration of the importance of sentence length.
i am so, so glad you guys are loving my trans lesbian daughter aisha bhatt as much as i do! it was really important to me to be able to write a love interest who was both trans and gay, and it was also really important to me to have a flashback moment where we meet her at the very beginning of her transition. so many trans people, including myself, have the experience of desperately wanting to transition but feeling like itâs pointless to even think about it because theyâll never âpass,â let alone be considered beautiful, as their true gender. like, so much of your self-worth is wrapped up in whether or not you look like a cis person! and it shouldnât be like that!!
so, with the college flashback scene, where we meet aisha for the first time on her first night on the town presenting as a woman, i was very specific in my notes to pixelberryâs art team: like, this is essentially Day One for aisha, she still has pretty short hair, her makeup is gonna be modest because she doesnât have a ton of experience applying it yet, and sheâs not exactly âpassingâ perfectly, but that doesnât matter! fuck that! what matters is that sheâs finally getting to be who she is and sheâs radiantly happy about it and her friends are behind her 110%! and sheâs taken her first step on this road and sheâs gonna continue on that road and we will meet her again in adulthood as an exquisite butch in a leather jacket and a cool pixie cut.Â
anyway!! i canât wait for you all to get to know aisha on this wild vegas journey. for those of you who arenât in the choices fandom already, you can download the choices: stories you play app on the app store and click on âbachelorette partyâ to meet her!!
