Self love is one of the most challenging, painful & freeing paths to unravel. It takes time & is distinctively exhausting to peel back the layers of everything that has kept you from it. It's complete loss of your identity & who you think you are to arrive at the truth of unconditional love.

It's a quest that takes complete surrendering to finally face your pain head on, to realise & release phases of existing conditioned patterning that pull you further & further away from the truth of the power in your love. It's not being perfect, it's a choice to stop escaping or running from a relationship with yourself. To get lost time & time again to discover that wholeness & unity is weaved inside of you. The most vital bond in life is the connection with yourself & how that vibrates into your existence.

So we must find the courage within ourselves to live our truth.

What lies hidden in the depths of our actions often resurfaces to haunt us when the light of truth breaks through. The webs of deceit and manipulation may weave a temporary illusion, but when they unravel, we must step beyond the victims edge and claim our truth in accountability, so that we may attract the authentic love we seek.

The unraveling of a person, with all their contrast and versions of self, is the most beautiful aspect of relating for me. The riding through a multitude of experiences, life challenges and all of the beautiful moments is a dream come true to my heart and mind.

The knowing that with time I will encounter multiple facets, each one a new world to explore. Every version of you whether in your darkness or light invites me to discover not just who you are, but also who I am within the context of my own journey—and that is priceless. It is within this dance of discovery that my affection deepens, it’s within this complexity that my love expands and solidifies into roots.

This weight of unacknowledged mistakes can cloud our judgment and perpetuate cycles of blame and hurt. By forgiving ourselves, we create a space for understanding and empathy, not only for ourselves but for those around us.

By nurturing a forgiving attitude towards ourselves, we set the foundation for healing relationships and in turn creating a more compassionate world.
