We need to put more people in Minecraft. We all know modern AUs for Minecraft characters, and don't get me wrong it's amazing seeing that war-torn goober in the line at the local Walmart. But what if we did the opposite. Take some random people. They could be from a modern setting or from the 1880s or from space, it doesn't matter. Now put them in Minecraft. Apply vanilla Minecraft mechanics. What will happen to them? How will they do? Will there be a watcher-esque being guiding them back to their world, a normal folk who happens to know about people from other universes, or will they be on their own? Do they have to beat the dragon to go home, or something else? They could be the best assassin of all time, but how will they do against a walking leaf creature that explodes? Not to worry tho, they'll just reappear on the last bed they slept on. I don't have enough non-minecraft interests rn to do this but somebody anyone please listen to my pleas. Explore Minecraft mechanics more. And do it with people who are Not used to them. That's the power of fanfiction. Use it.
this makes everything much easier, thank you!
