Side note, frutta martorana sounds so good??? The only thing I've had with almond flour is macrons, and those were really good so adding lemon juice sounds delicious!!

NEW REBLOG GAME !

I know I have another one open and I apologize for those who I haven’t gotten to make a shuffle for yet, life has been CRAZY lately for me /gen

So I decided to make a reblog game a little more easier for me and to also make me more involved with the community

So,

reblog up to 5 f/os and I’ll give them an Italian/Sicilian dessert ! Which I will describe and give a little fun fact !

You can add some extra info for me to know like if they like certain flavors or whatever !

Examples:

My husband Luci gets tiramisu which consists of lady fingers dipped in expresso and then layered in cream plus coco ! It’s called that cause “Tiramisu” translates to “pick me up” because of the caffeine !

My husband Muzan gets rainbow cookies which are actually small layers of almond sponge cake with raspberry jam and a chocolate coating ! The cookies are the colors of the Italian flag because they were actually made by Italian immigrants in New York that felt home sick !

My sister Kanae gets lavender gelato which is a more dense version of ice cream ! Gelato is different from ice cream because of the use of milk rather than heavy cream and the absence of eggs !

Once you start thinking about humans as a species in a biome, it affects your entire way of looking at normal things.

The other day I referred to female morning joggers as an 'indicator species' in that if you see women jogging in the dark it means that the environment provides migration pathways (sidewalks, clear signs) and doesn't have any known predators of female morning joggers (guy with knife, bear, BigTruck, male morning joggers).

Though, I think that people consider framing humans as animals reacting to their environment as rude.

Yall. My family calls me calamity jane because i am astoundingly clumsy. Im not allowed to wash any knives, even butter knives, without cutproof gloves. Okay?

I just slammed my finger in the very dirty back door so hard that one side got cut open and the other bloomed into an instantly black bruise. My brain whited out immidietly, i politely asked my brother to continue my jobs and then stood and waited for my mom to get home. With my black and bleeding finger. She walks in and i stand there like 🙂 for a few minutes, i wouldnt want to rush her!! She gets over to me and i go 'i... cant see.' And collapse on the spot.

Fast forward ten minutes, ive passed out three times, my dad had to kickstart my body into breathing once, but my wound is cleaned and im concious again!!

BONUS! When i take off my glasses!

This is my beloved viktor!

He is incredibly smart and witty, he always has a sarcastic quip that is just accurately pointed enough to sting. He's very emotive with those he feels comfortable with and absolutely hates being treated as fragile or weak.

He tries not to be possessive, but often slips into a 'I have to prove they should stay/keep them from realizing they want someone better'- I find it charming and am quietly waiting for him to realize there isn't any better than him. He forgets to take breaks from his current project, but he has alarms set to remind me to eat and I drag him into eating too.
