It started as a Dreamtale AU (AU of an AU crazy ik), then it just drifted too far from Undertale (and Dreamtale, for that matter) and now I'm just evolving it as it's own thing and as a Original Universe and since I hate myself, I made a LANGUAGE for it. This language is always a connection from heart to heart, it's subjective and intimate and the only beings that can talk in this language are the purest ones (nymphs, nature beings, the Moon, the Sun, etc). Every word has more than one meaning, it's meant to be a share that can be interpreted in multiple ways because there's never one single truth to the world questions. That being said:

Shi (adj.) means safe

Kët (n.) means place/moment

Shikët (n. & adj.) means refuge, shelter, either literally or figuratively

I feel like the romanticization of long fic/multichapter fics has really left appreciation for drabbles, ficlets, and one-shots in the dust. A story that is only 1,000 words is still a full story. A story that is only 100 words is still a full story. These are still stories that tell something and deserve appreciation. Not everything needs to be a long fic. (This is not even getting into the strain this puts on writers!) Sometimes, short and sweet is what works!

I just watched the electric state From Netflix and this movie frustrated me at the same time as it made me want to create something along the same lines. I like the aesthetic way and the context in which the universe is inserted, despite the poorly clichéd script and the lack of soul that this project has.

I like the idea of a dystopia where life continues as normal, it usually gives us something brutally close to reality and how the extraordinary decline of humanity is treated with normality (again, almost a modern portrayal). The way the film begins could have led to something really interesting, it's a shame that such a promising idea falls into the hands of a company as courageless and unoriginal as Netflix.

Anyway, the next few hours of my night before falling asleep will be spent immersed in Pinterest hunting for retro punk aesthetics and dystopias... Or maybe just a random AO3 tag.

Anyway, I'll produce something like that, with a less generic script and a less annoying protagonist. I'll update you if it actually becomes a thing. Bye bye.
