Doing tie dye for Christmas... (at My driveway.)
My friend Karma Rose is an artist and author. She works mainly in ink and wax crayon, and she does some really beautiful work. She made this for me...The Red Centaur! She is so full of awesome!
When I came back to bed after visiting the bathroom this morning, I found my spot had been commandeered.
A couple of weeks ago I bought a 1959 Canon P rangefinder. A couple of days ago or so my lens arrived: A nearly mint condition Jupiter-8 (50mm f2.0 Zeiss Sonnar clone) from 1956. Test roll this weekend, photos to follow!
1938 Zeiss Ikon 532/16 Super Ikonta B…sadly, a torn bellows has put her out of commission for now.
Update: This one was sold to another Zeiss Ikon enthusiast in New York. Hopefully it will be back in service soon! Cameras like this need to be used.
My new X-kilt, rear. This was made for me by a very talented pair of teenage seamstresses, and I was very happy with the results. Sherwood Celtic Festival, 2013.
Just go out and take pictures.
