There are times when we begin to work out thoughts in our minds to imagine how our work for this or that should be; and then comes the Holy Spirit upon us, pulling us away from having such thoughts.
“Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Matthew 6:31-33
Your desire to work for God isn’t bad. What’s bad is that you are taking thought on it; how to do this or that or which text / scene / song to use when it is God who will give you the instruction. Cease to figure it out, it’s not our job.
When He gives it to you then work on it. While you wait on Him seek ye first His Kingdom and righteousness.
Whether its drawing, writing or music you use to exercise your imagination to put together your work for God’s Kingdom, God tells us to put it down and wait on Him. Amen
1 Corinthians 16:14 (NIV) - Do everything in love.
If there is only one thing you focus on today, it’s to TRUST GOD.
If you do that one thing, everything else will work out. (at Livingchristian.org) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-GI73gH1oW/?igshid=14vyavhfli60i
Behold, the judge standeth before the door - James 5:9
Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. - Jesus Revelation 22:12
What if Jesus visited us today? Will He find us living the Way He wants or living our own way?
2 Timothy 1:7
May God helps us to press through the valley of shadow of death with His Spirit of Power, Love, and Self-Control. Amen.
Be Strong in the Grace of God
“Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.”
2 Timothy 2:1
What is Grace? – the unmerited favor of God.
We stand not on our failures or achievements but solely on God’s Grace. Then we will be strong and have strength to be holy and upright because with His grace, it teaches us to deny worldly lust and that we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in…

Yes, there is a way that may seem right to our eyes but the end of that way is death, (Proverbs 14:12) a spiritual death also; for when we become friends of this world (by spending time with things that are dead) we become enemies of God. (James 4:4)
I have observed greatly how on this very site anime is praised and glorified. It is exalted as something great but beloved will you follow this too? Will you approach and seek after that which is dead, which does not fill your soul? I know and can say that colors are beautiful and very delightful; however colors on a frame or on a wall make it no more living and life changing than it was before. It may give the illusion of life and it will please your eyes for sure, but that is only it.
Anime is a parade of colors forming lines and shapes to make characters, being filled with precious colors but it is only an image. They have eyes but they do not see; ears they have but they do not hear. They have hands but they do not clap.
When Mary Magdalene and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James came to the tomb of Jesus, thinking He was still dead, there an angel met them and said to them: “Why seek ye the living among the dead?” (Luke 24:5)
Why should we seek those things in the world which we know will never fill us when we have Jesus Christ the living One? The World will always seek new and current things to fill their hearts but their hearts will never find rest; seeking and seeking but never meeting a point of contentment.
May we who follow Jesus Christ abstain from anime and from all forms of vanity that only entertain the mind but leave our soul and heart empty.
Do we know the full benefits of Jesus Christ? Do we know His Living Presence when we seek His face? How about suffering through trials? Do we after the trial feel the comforting feeling of the Holy Ghost which surpasses our understanding? May we draw closer to Christ and further from the world that we may be fully filled with the Life that is in Christ Jesus. Amen
The Greatest Treasure of all is to believe in Jesus Christ then you will be filled with the power of the Spirit.
