Love the brick. It's so interesting, architecturally.

The open kitchen is a decent size and has all the appliances. Full-size microwave tucked into the island. Look at the big exposed beams.

Then, step down to the dining area.

I wasn't aware that it's a duplex. Much cooler. On the other side of the stairs they have a smaller dining table. I would eliminate that.

The living room is in the corner, surrounded by brick walls.

It has a cozy feel.

Bd. #1 is very large.

It has walk-in closet.

And, a 3pc. en-suite.

Bd. #2, located down the spiral stairs, is very private.

Down the stairs they've located the washer/dryer. Not thrilled with that.

The bedroom's nice, but I don't think I'd want the washer/dryer in my room.

And, this is the en-suite. Love the sink bowl. I would've preferred one bathroom to have a shower, in lieu of a tub.

The halls are bright. My apt. is new and there are no windows in the halls.

Large parking lot.

Picturesque bridge over the Kettle Brook. (The building is called Kettle Brook Lofts.)
