oh lord what do i even say about him

i made him to be the legion leader in the fnv roleplay server i own because yknow. with the nature of the legion i didnt trust random people to play the leader and run the faction tastefully and i ended up getting really attached to him HAHA

hes ~40 yrs old. ex-centurion that banded together the remnants of the legion and deemed himself their leader after the legion was horribly beat at the second battle of hoover dam. as the server is still in its baby stages, i dont have much set out for him other than planning for him to be an absolute tyrannical dictator that ends up running the legion into the ground

the first 2 times i played new vegas i never even saw the crucifixes or legion squad in nipton. i literally didn’t turn my head slightly and just kept walking down the road. i was so confused when i saw vulpes at the fort. like who is this guy
