Centuries of war define the Kingdom of Arcadie. Will you allow them to define you?

You are the second-born, second-in-line to the throne.

As Arcadie is set to sign a peace treaty with your age-old enemies, you are put in charge of any future dealings with them.

Today will see you taking the first step towards a new destiny, and perhaps a new future for your Kingdom.

Will you put the Realm’s interests before your own, or will you precipitate it down the path of another century of war?

Create and customize your character: male or female; gay, straight, or bisexual.  

Interact with a cast of vivid, fleshed-out characters.  

Experience naturally-evolving romance; steamy, sweet, passionate, or even thoroughly ill-advised.  

Define your personality through your choices and actions. Will you be friendly and conciliatory, a wisecracking charmer, or will you antagonize anyone who would dare approach you?  

Learn about the mystical power wielded by your ancestors, and perhaps even tame it for yourself.  

Be a peerless warrior, or make knowledge your most powerful weapon.  

Will you strive for peace, or demand blood be spilt? 

Violence, character death, non-explicit descriptions of blood and injuries, mentions and use of alcohol, optional sexual content. Arcadie: Second-Born is intended for a mature audience.

Lightweaver: Chosen is an upcoming modern fantasy IF for 18+ players and older. Use of elemental powers is inspired by Avatar: The Legend of Aang/Korra.

A world where elemental deities share a fraction of their powers to their chosen, bringing upon the age of weavers; humans with the ability to manipulate the elements of their patron.

There are a lot of speculations on their existence.

But none of those mattered to you... until now.

Why?

Why were you chosen?

Play as a touch-averse customizable MC with a troubled past, male or female.

You have been chosen by a mysterious lightning deity. Will you use your newfound powers for good or evil?

A potential pet has also chosen you as their human! Will you (begrudgingly) accept them into your life or shoo them away?

How the MC deals with their trauma is entirely up to you. Let your heart and mind heal or spiral deeper into darkness.

Struggle by yourself or let people in. Either way, they will notice.

Push away or make new relationships.

Character-driven narrative and slow burn character development.

Eventually face the monster from your past, Mother.

They were the one who made sure you landed safely; and with flourish.

There's always an iciness to their voice, but their eyes carry something you can't pinpoint. Something soft but sharp at the same time, like a gentle warning.

If you try to deconstruct the meaning of their words, you'll realize that behind their disinterested exterior, is genuine intrigue.

They’re curious about you.

The owner of the first glare you ever received in Launwyce... and it's because of an animal you just happened to cross paths with.

There's always a frown stuck to their face, always carrying an air of stubbornness and disdain. They have a certain drive that is unmatched by many; strong willed and clever in mind.

Their sharp observant eyes and cold aura give people pause, but they're fiercely protective and kind.

Surprisingly, they're easy to read, and it makes interacting with them oddly satisfying.
