Mental diet - only thinking thoughts and only having (inner) conversations that align with your desired reality.
How to trust that your negative thoughts are powerless: by understanding that your thoughts would cease to exist without you. You are not your thoughts, rather, you are merely the observer. If you have a negative thought, simply allow yourself to acknowledge its presence. Donât try to fight it as doing so will only perpetuate it. Distract yourself by doing something you enjoy and it will dissipate in due time.
The psychological lifespan of an emotion is 90 seconds. If you experience a negative thought or emotion beyond this timeframe, you are the sole perpetrator via your thoughts and inner conversations.
Everything you experience is a part of the bridge of events. In the grand scheme of things, your undesirable circumstances are irrelevant. Your desires are a promise and if you truly accepted this, you wouldnât allow your circumstances to sidetrack you.
Reasons you have yet to receive your desire: 1.) you think youâre keeping a mental diet but youâre still having negative thoughts disguised as imaginary arguments 2.) youâre constantly discussing your undesired circumstances and/or how you don't have your manifestation 3. Youâre assuming youâre doing something wrong (always assume youâre doing everything right).
Where you place your attention is where you will see results. Where focus goes, energy flows.
As you--through the medium of imagination--assume a state of consciousness, the state begins to clothe itself in form, but you must be faithful to that state. You cannot oscillate from state to stateâyou must patiently persist in your desired state until it becomes an objective fact.
Revision: There is no inevitable permanence in anything. The only reason the past and present continue to exist is because they are sustained through your imagining them on some level or another. A radical transformation of life is always possible through manâs revision of the undesirable aspects of it for the pastâalthough it is experienced in this worldâdates back to imagination. To revise an undesirable scenario, simply imagine something more magnificent in its place; imagine it as you would have liked it to be for âman and his past are one continuous structureâ. âThe past and the present form the whole structure of man; they are carrying all of its contents with it. Any alteration of content will result in an alteration in the present and future.â and âIf the past is recreated into the present, so will the revised past be recreated into the present.â
In consciousness / imagination, you already have what you want but you must trust in your imagination as it is more real than anything you see without (aka the 3D). Stop looking for evidence in the 3D for the most common cause of failure is failure to live in the end: âIf you judge after appearances, you will continue to be enslaved by the evidence of your senses.â. Continue to possess it within and its possession without is inevitable.
Jealousy: Whenever you experience jealousy, remember that another person's success does not equate to your failure or lack. Positive things happening to others should serve as your reminder that good things are also available for you. A success for one person is a success for all as we are all one and connected.
Obsession: obsession is the result of a deep rooted insecurity and/or an overall poor concept of self. If you are obsessive over something--especially a person--you have fallen into the illusion that you must have this thing to be happy. You have forgotten that you are the only one who can create this feeling of fulfillment and happiness for yourself. Identifying what it is you believe your desire will fulfill within you and creating that feeling for yourself will allow your desire to manifest in a swifter and easier manner.
How to become the ideal version of yourself: Ask yourself what that version of you looks like; What do they do? What does their life look like? Now all you must do to become that version of yourself is think like that version.
Your desires are not greater than you. You are the only one who gives your desire purpose / value. Your desire is merely a thingâŚan inanimate object with no life separate from you. The only reason it seems so elusive is because you have placed it on a pedestal. Take your desire it the pedestal and stop treating it as though itâs greater than you. Your desire would literally cease to exist without youâŚnot the other way around.
Whenever you experience negative thoughts: Remember that you have free willâyou can choose to counteract those negative thoughts by choosing positive, constructive thoughts instead.
Stop checking the 3D to see if itâs conforming for when you do this, youâre attempting to change your outer reality instead of persisting in your inner reality. In other words, youâre dwelling in a state of lack rather than a state of wish fulfilled (abundance).
If your desire feels unattainable: if your desire feels unattainable, itâs simply due to your predominant focus being on doubts and failure rather than faith and success. Fortunately, repetition in your desired story can fix this.
Simple way to ignore the 3D: by focusing only on what you want.
What you desire is already done / created / true in another, parallel reality. Hence, youâre not âcreatingâ anything, youâre merely shifting to the reality in which your desire is already a present fact. All you must do to align yourself with your desired reality is mentally live there now .
Stop trying to rationalize everything by worrying about the how. Think only of your end goal and trust that the âhowâ will work itself out.
Your inner dialogue = affirmations. Affirmations arenât always prefaced with âI amâ for your inner conversations are also affirmations. The inner conversations youâre having with yourself and other people are also reflecting in your outer world.
Quantum physics states that when 2 or more particles (or people) interact, their states remain linked regardless of distance, thus disproving the illusion of separation. Thus, every affirmation regarding your SP must reach them.
If you feel your manifestation is taking too long: your predominant focus is on the lack of your desire (the 3D) rather than its presence (imagination / 4D). Persist in your desired reality within and it has no choice but to appear without.
Despite your persistence, your 3D looks the way it does as a result of the state you fell into for it is merely reflecting your old states (hence, the time lag), but without your awareness, it will cease to be. In other words, refrain from thinking or paying attention to your undesirable circumstances and they will cease to exist. Despite what your 3D may look like now, your new thoughts (state) will shortly catch up.
Because your state produces thoughts in alignment with your desires, use your thoughts as a tool to measure which state youâre predominantly occupying.
Disregard any possibility other than the one you want and believe, no matter what. As long as you allow an alternative outcome to be an option, it will always remain an option. Choose to drive anything other than what you want out of your consciousness and saturate your mind only with that which you desire.
It doesnât matter how you feel. Keep affirming / visualizing / whichever technique you prefer and your feelings will automatically change for your thoughts create your feelings.
State = thoughts, emotions, beliefs, attitude, reactions, and impulses. To change your state, experience in imagination that which constitutes your desired state.
EIYPO - what you feel and believe to be true about yourself and others will be reflected in those around you. If you feel insignificant and unworthy, people are going to reflect that by treating you as such. This is exactly why youâre encouraged to focus on your self concept rather than SP: when you improve your self concept, everyone (including your SP) will reflect that. If you feel worthy and attractive, your SP has no choice but to reflect that by treating you as such. People are merely messengers revealing to you what you believe to be true about yourself and others. If people are pointing something out, itâs because you are heavily focused on it. Think and speak about yourself in the way you want to be perceived by others.
How to stop waiting / checking for results: Think (affirm) as though your desires were already yours. Your desired reality is the only thing you should be focused on.
The moment you have a desire, it is done. The delay in the outer world is simply the orchestration of the people, places, and things necessary for the realization of your desire.
Once you start feeling natural / nonchalant about your desire, thatâs when you know itâs close.
How to get rid of a third party: simply stop thinking about them. What you remove your attention from will eventually dissipate.
Stop giving attention to things you donât want. If you donât want it, it doesnât deserve your time or energy.
How to get rid of resistance: The only way to get rid of resistance is through repetition & persistence in the new story.
By expecting / assuming something, you are only perpetuating it. If you expect / assume people always leave you on read, that will continue to be the case
To change your SP: if you want your SP to change, all you must do is change the way you think of and perceive them. If youâre annoyed with the way your SP constantly ghosts you, stop focusing on the âfactâ that they constantly ghost you and instead, focus on the version of them thatâs communicative and loving.
How to let go of the old story: stop re-affirming it and stop allowing your old thoughts to creep in.
What to do if youâre not seeing movement: If youâre not seeing any movement, youâre simply focused on the lack of movement. This is a tell-tale sign that youâre living in the 3D (physical, perceivable reality) as opposed to the 4D (imagination).
Consistent thoughts = consistent results. Inconsistent thoughts = inconsistent results.
Think and speak as though you already had your desire and saturate your mind with that story. That should be the dominant, if not only thing, playing in your mind.
As eager as you may be to vent about it, repeating your old story isnât going to make you feel better, but changing your thoughts to that of the wish fulfilled will.
Youâre not creating, attracting, wishing, or hoping for your desire to manifestâyouâre simply entering the state / reality in which itâs already a present fact. Every reality already exists now and all you must do to shift to / experience your desired reality is persistently dwell there.
What happens when two people are manifesting the same thing: trust that will win every single time. Your thoughts are the only thing that can allow you to âloseâ your desire to someone else.
Why things go âbackwardsâ : The only reason why things may go âbackwardsâ (aka why youâre not seeing progress or why your circumstances may he even worse circumstances than they were before) is because your thoughts and focus arenât as persistent as they once wereâwhen you were seeing steady progress .
âDie to your former self by yielding to other (favorable) statesâ. In order âdieâ to your former self, you must enter a new state of consciousness, which will inevitably result in completely new life circumstances.
Your primary goal when manifesting shouldnât be to gain something without (the 3D) but for your mental state to be aligned with your end goal. Rather than looking towards the 3D for âproofâ or âevidenceâ, you should only be looking within: Are you thoughts in alignment with your end goal? Do your inner conversations match those with the state of the wish fulfilled? Is your dominant focus on your desired reality rather than your current circumstances?
Persistence is the only way to get rid of resistance.
Rather than constantly focusing on the 3D, just persist. Itâs okay if you donât believe it or if the 3D is triggering you, but you must keep going. Remember that the 3D is irrelevant for everything is conforming behind the scenes: âAn assumption, though false, if persisted in will harden into fact.â
When a desire comes upon you, immediately accept that it is done. It is already yours and God is nudging you to experience it.
Because the light of God within you is so strong and overpowering, your negative thoughts dislike you as much as you dislike them.
Your negative thoughts only have power over you if you believe them. If you can remain the mere observer of those thoughts and replace them with better, more positive thoughts, they will eventually dwindle and die down. Even if they do resurface, your awareness of who you really are will be so strong that they will no longer bother you.
Persist in reminding yourself that you are God. Anytime youâre feeling down or powerless, ask yourself, âWhat would God be thinking right now?â, âHow would God act?â and do just that. Whatever you affirm to be true for yourself is exactly how your reality will unfold. Until you create a new story for yourself, you will only perpetuate your old, undesirable reality.
What you desire is already yours and there is nothing for you to do but accept your desires. Accept and feel the joy of fulfillment. Because your desires are meant to be, there is no reason to affirm the opposite.
Through your desires, you are able to catch a glimpse into your future that starts the moment you have that desire.
Do you have tips to becoming more lady like/classy ?
(Keep in mind that this is simply from my own perspective and everyoneâs definition of what is considered âclassyâ and âladylikeâ varies.)
1. No drama! Classy women do not participate in drama or messy behavior of any kind. Of course, this doesnât apply to serious matters like being threatened or assaulted or any kind of situation where your safety is at risk. Pick your battles wisely. Sometimes it is more than okay to say âYou know what? Iâm too grown for this.â Or âIâm too classy for this.â The last thing you want is your name attached to some mess that you couldâve simply chosen to ignore and not participate in. This goes for gossip as well. There are some celebrities who never have anything to say about anyone. Even when theyâre asked outright, theyâre smart about avoiding the question. Whatâs the point?
2. Discretion, discretion, discretion. When I think of women in the media who I consider to be classy and ladylike, they have several things in common, but the main one is that theyâre discreet. Theyâre very careful about what they say, how they say it, and how they move in the public eye. Yes, I might consider them to be very ladylike individuals, but in truth, I really know nothing about them. The generic information like education and background and such might be out there for me to see, but when it comes to their personal life and ideals and opinions, I know next to nothing. And thatâs how it should be! The whole world does not need to know your business or what you think of every insignificant thing thatâs popular at the moment.
3. Time and place! Some people will tell you that classy women donât listen to rap or rock or whatever other music theyâve deemed off limits to ladylike individuals, but I disagree. I think the true definition of class is knowing there is a time and place for everything. This goes for any kind of media you consume or any kind of way you choose to enjoy yourself. Thereâs no law on class that says you shouldnât let loose and have fun, because you certainly can! As long as itâs understood that certain behaviors are not for certain spaces.
4. Manners! I cannot stress this enough, but manners will take you far. Make âpleaseâ and âthank youâ a regular part of your vocabulary. Offer condolences to people you know who need it. Send thank you cards to people who have been a great help to you. Check on those close to you here and there. Be polite and show that you are a thankful individual.
5. This is sort of an extension of part 4, but be mindful of the things you say. Do not be the kind of person who only says things out of anger that you know you will regret hours later. Be respectful to those you love even if youâre mad at them (obviously this doesnât apply to truly toxic and abusive situations but more so petty arguments that, in the grand scheme of things, really do not matter all that much). Even in more tame discussions, you donât always have to say whatâs on your mind. If it isnât going to help someone, then ask yourself why you feel the need to say it? Furthermore, if there is something you feel needs to be said, thereâs a way to be honest without being rude. Now yes, in some situations, you canât spare someone elseâs feelings. This is the truth, but thereâs a way to stand your ground and get your point across without being malicious and ugly about it.
6. Carry yourself well. Youâre poised and always put together and youâre articulate in how you express your thoughts. Please keep in mind that I do not mean you speak perfect and fluent English or anything like that. In my eyes, someone with broken English who knows more than one language will always be above a native English speaker who only knows English (sorry not sorry). You take the time to think about what youâre going to say before you say it so that you are heard and understood. You walk with confidence and hold your head high. You have wonderful etiquette.
7. Cut back on vulgarity. Itâs going to ruffle some feathers, but I donât consider constant swearing to be ladylike. I myself have stopped swearing as much as I used to. I really only swear in the privacy of my own home and itâs here and there (usually when I mess something up or hurt myself đ). Let my coworkers tell it, I never swear, and the thought of me cursing doesnât even sound right to them. Out in public, thereâs also a way to say certain things. If Iâm at a company dinner or something, Iâm not going to tell everyone I need to go pee or do number 2 𤢠Iâm going to politely say I need to excuse myself or as my aunt likes to say âI need to use the ladies roomâ. In addition, if you canât get your point across without yelling, then you need to re-evaluate that. Again, this does not apply to truly toxic and abusive situations, but simple discussions and disagreements. You should be able to convey what youâre trying to say in a calm and respectful manner.
8. You mind your business! I do not mean in the selfish way of being unconcerned with the hardships your loved ones are facing, but I mean out and about. Youâre not judging some random woman on what sheâs wearing or some man on how heâs eating. Youâre focused on yourself. If youâve ever seen Gilmore Girls, thereâs an episode in the first season when Dean first approaches Rory, and he tells her that he absolutely had to get to know her because he saw her reading a book one day, and all the while, there was a commotion with a fight and an ambulance and this whole big thing that captured everyoneâs attention, but the entire time, she did not look up from that book even once. Now Iâm not saying you have to be that extreme, because if thereâs a fire or something serious, you need to know so you can skedaddle. But donât always concern yourself with what everyone else is doing or how theyâre behaving. Focus on your food, focus on your book, focus on your podcast. Just focus on you!
Five general productivity tips
1. DO NOT DIVIDE YOUR ATTENTION:
Keep things straightforward. No multitasking. Don't lie to yourself that you can study English and do perfectly your job at the same time. Focus on each thing 100% then once it's done, move over to the next thing. Full, undistracted, fully devoted focus is going to give you so much more bang than divining your attention over 5 different things.
2. LESS IS MORE, AND DO NOT CHANGE WHAT WORKS.
You don't need 1747 apps for productivity. If your Google Calendar works for organization, no need to get two schedulebooks for your organization. You're bringing in clutter and chaos and distraction in something that needs to be kept SIMPLE. Do not try new productivity stuff when you're in a rush, about to finish for a deadline. Try new stuff when you're fully relaxed.
3. SCHEDULE TIME OFF AND ACTUAL WORK TIME.
Schedule your movie night, schedule your work shifts in your (online/paper) schedulebook. Planify your plan ahead and commit to yourself you're going through with it. Time off, sleep and down time are essential to be more productive, but at the same time, you HAVE to be productive to give meaning to your time off. Else it just becomes wasted idle time.
4. GIVE YOURSELF A DAILY GOAL.
Something attainable, absolutely DOABLE and a ACTION PLAN. It can be "I have the goal of reading 30 pages of this book, and I'll read this after my breakfast, then before bed." Accomplishing something easily doable daily gives you a boost of good mood and happiness which makes you more likely to desire accomplishing another goal, and another goal, and another goal and so on.
5. STOP READING ABOUT PRODUCTIVITY STUFF AND GO DO SOME STUFF.
That includes this very same post. You're probably reading this in need of direction, of "knowledge". But turns out you probably have some stuff and are procrastinating by reading productivity tips. Do yourself a favor, stop reading and go do some stuff for ONCE. đ
You can have anything you want if youâre willing to give up everything for it. If you honestly want to live lavish, be drenched in designer couture, go on exotic vacations, you can. If you want something badly enough, you can find a way to get it. It might be harder for you. You may have to get it a different way than other people, but you will to find a way to achieve what you want. You live the life you chose, even if itâs not the life you say you want. I apologize for being harsh but victimhood, making excuses, and pitying yourself will get you nowhere. I gave up my entire life to be able to live how I do now. My family doesnât speak to me because of my choice to do better. Most of my friends, the same. I donât care. I value money, material things, opulent experiences, and financial freedom higher than I value people who donât care to see me happy or fulfilled. I have made sacrifices. I have given up once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. What havenât made, is excuses. I donât feel bad for myself. I donât play the victim because quite frankly, no matter how you frame it, Iâm not. On that note, youâre probably not either. Iâm not discounting anyoneâs trauma, but itâs not an excuse to let yourself fail and in return hate others who forced themselves to succeed. If you want to do something, go make it happen. Stop making excuses. Stop blaming your trauma. Stop blaming the situation you were born into. Stop saying you canât, or it doesnât work like that for you, or youâll never be able to do that because itâs just not true. There are things in this world that you cannot control. But you do have complete control over the way in which you chose to live your life. Manifest it. Align yourself accordingly. And start doing the things you want to do. Start being the person you say you want to be.Â
I like sleep.
So if I ever skip sleep for you, that just shows I love you so much.
Other than that, dont flatter yourself.
Please.
Life tips?
Iâll answer this question by echoing notes Iâve left for myself in my journal:
Eyes on the prize while you stop to smell the roses
You are loved, even when you donât feel like it and even when those that love you donât do it in the most efficient ways
Try not to take shit personally, everyone is just projecting
The success youâre looking for is in the work youâre avoiding
If he isnât in awe of you, he doesnât deserve you
Outgrow feeling like you have to play small to protect peoples feelings
The pain of self-discipline is better than the pain of regret
If you allow a man to feed you he has the power to starve youâbe independent and have your own income and assets
If God puts rice in your basket, there is no point in wishing for soupâinstead of wallowing in self-pity, make the most of your situation and excel
Fashion is for your everyday life, not just for big occasions
Your brain changes more in your twenties than at any other time in your adult lifeâwhatever it is that you want to change about yourself, now is the time to do it by building good habits
Speed is relatively unimportant, forward is forward
Low self-esteem often leads to adverse self-fulfilling prophecies; break the cycle and build a strong sense of self-worth
The people who reach the greatest heights are not always the strongest, nor the most intelligent; they are the most responsive to change
Some of these are truisms Iâve found on Tumblr, some are quotes from books Iâve read, some are wisdom Iâve received from the people in my life, and others are things Iâve realized from self-reflection. This probably wasnât the most organized but I hope it was still helpful! âŁď¸

Hey babe what are some things that you think would be a good investment when improving your lifestyle?
- Healthy foods and kitchen essentials: I bought a huge NutriBullet kit on sale the other day for $99 and it was one of the best investments Iâve made. It incentivises me to make green smoothies in the morning with ingredients that make my skin clearer, energy better, etc. I recommend investing in obviously fruits and vegetables on the regular, but also things like vitamins, super greens powder, protein powder, white tea and green tea, a portable thermos to drink tea anywhere at any time (I have a cute one from Lululemon), rolled oats, bamboo straws, maca powder, raw cocoa, and then of course nutritious groceries. I like buying sourdough bread, avocado, lemon, feta cheese, eggs, chicken, jasmine rice and fruit regularly.
- invest in your HAIR. Itâs worth spending several hundred dollars a year on an excellent cut and colour. If you can afford it, get regular blow dries, but I choose not to (I definitely will when budget allows for it comfortably). Please donât dye your hair at home lol. Getting your hair done at a good salon makes it look expensive. Get a treatment too if you need one. Ultimately, the right investments in your hair should make it look more expensive, and make it more LOW maintenance on a daily basis. Itâs also worth investing in an excellent hairbrush (I use the Aveda wooden paddle brush which was around $60 or so), and hair oil (Moroccanoil argan oil is the best Iâve found and used, itâs about $70-80 if I remember correctly, def worth it). These two products make your daily routine more seamless and effective and give you long term healthier, shinier hair.
- Gym or fitness membership: I pay $25 for a membership at a studio in the city which includes unlimited Pilates, barre, yoga and HIIT classes. I donât enjoy traditional gym anymore so I found something that works for me, and is only 10 mins from my house. This is seriously a non negotiable, even if you have no fitness goals or aesthetic goals for your body, having a fitness routine adds an element of structure and wellbeing to your daily life. It enriches it with community, and improved health benefits. If youâre trying to lose weight or tone up, definitely a must. Keep searching until you find the perfect place, and secure that membership.
- An everyday tote bag: personally I donât carry a handbag in my day to day life generally. An ordinary day in my life would include a balance of work, gym and university, so I need a lot of space in my bag for a change of clothes, makeup bag, books, laptop, hairbrush, food, water bottle, wallet etc. I carry the âDeluxe Gum Bagâ from Lorna Jane which is THE MOST AMAZING bag ever. Itâs insanely sturdy and carries SO MUCH. Itâs also super chic and stylish. This bag is literally my life lol, itâs been with me through thick and thin đ if Iâm only going to work or uni or running errands, Iâll just carry a canvas tote bag, like my New Yorker tote. Something lightweight and chic. So, investing in the right everyday bag(s) is life changing.
- Makeup: I use the same 5 makeup products everyday. All high end and all very reliable/high quality. Theyâve lasted me ages and definitely given me a bang for their buck. I recommend investing in a good tinted moisturiser (donât recommend foundation), bronzer, powder, eyeliner, mascara, lipliner, eyeshadow palette and eyebrow pencil. My approach to makeup has been more âquality over quantityâ. I probably buy a new piece of makeup once a year. When you buy high end products, you donât need to replace them so frequently. I recently purged my collection and now only have a moderate amount of high end products I would realistically use. The brands I recommend are NARS, Laura Mercier, MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, Benefit, Too Faced, Chanel, Hourglass, Tarte, Dior and It Cosmetics.
- High quality bedding: when I moved into my new place I spent $600 on top notch bedding with zero qualms. Do NOT underestimate the importance of quality, linen or cotton bedding. I went to the Sheridan outlet and bought cotton quilt, bedsheets, towels, mattress protector, pillows and pillowcases, and quilt cover. Cotton bedding is breathable and soft on your skin, prevents nasty bedbugs and illnesses they transmit, and drastically improves your quality of sleep and life overall. Polyester cheap bedding will over time destroy your skin and leave you prone to bedbugs and difficult sleep! It was SUCH a good investment and now I sleep like a baby every night.
- Silk pillowcase: I purchased the Slip silk pillowcase and ever since Iâve seen improvements in my hair and skin. Both are smoother and softer. Other pillowcases can truly wreak havoc on your hair and cause wrinkles over time. Plus it feels so luxurious and incredible to wake up on silk every morning!
- Educational subscriptions: Iâm subscribed to the New York Times, the New Yorker, and Medium. These add immense value to my daily life. On the bus or train I can open the app and educate myself endlessly on a huge variety of topics and disciplines. Buying the right subscriptions enriches your life with cultural and social awareness, a better vocabulary, a stronger ability to communicate with all types of people on a variety of topics, and exposure to eloquent, articulate verbal communication.
- Quality tech to enhance your learning: for me, this meant investing in AirPods to listen to podcasts all day long, anywhere I am. My Apple Watch also helps me keep track of my physical activity and amplify/monitor it on a daily basis. The right tech accessories can seriously level up your daily life and learning. I recommend investing in a Kindle, good headphones/AirPods, MacBook, Fitbit etc. having one or more of these staples helps make your learning more seamless, motivating and convenient.
Hope this list helps! There a probably a lot more (like quality shoes, books, hair extensions etc) but these are the essentials I think are worth the investment for maximised daily usefulness and value to my routine.
