Aight I'm like 70% sure it was jjk omegaverse, omega satoru (but he also could've just been... like that... six eyes bs or what not... ANYWAYS)

Important part's the "plot". So if it wasn't omegaverse I cant fuckin remember y but for some reason Gojo couldn't sleep or he'd like panic or smth and the only thing to get him down was like to scruff him (is that the word? i dont fuckin remember. they do like a neck thing) Now Suguru didn't like doing it but he realized it helped him so he was like fuck it we ball u know?
