a coloured sketch illustration of the character roy mustang from the fullmetal alchemist series. he stands in his blue military uniform and black overcoat, next to and dwarfed by the muzzle of a large pitch-black dragon. its body is slender and long, quadrupedal, and it rests relaxed lying on its legs. its mane and brows are of fire, and symmetrical rows of two vents high along its forehead constantly emit smoke, giving the impression of dark, ghostly horns. long spines protrude along the back of the dragon, around which also erupt tall flames, giving the impression of a large dorsal sail. roy pats her snout proudly, and she seems to accept this with benign familiarity and affection.

the bottom sketch shows both roy and his dragon sopping wet, their heads hanging, drenched from head to toe in water, the dragon's mane and flame half extinguished. they make a pitiful picture as riza chastises them in the foreground - "you are both so stupid." - though she holds a stack of towels in her arms for them.

panel 1: roy calls out and beckons to a passing elric. "alphonse." "colonel!" "come with me a moment."
panel 2: roy kneels down to gently overturn a large paw of his dragon's. only her curious snout is visible in frame. alphonse frets, "is something wrong? is she hurt??", although roy reassures him, "not at all! but i think it's important you see this."
panel 3: alphonse gasps in delight at what he sees, exclaiming "oh my goodness! this is the best!!" as roy looks on proudly.
panel 4: implausibly round and jelly-like digital pads are revealed on the underside of the dragon's paw, accompanied by alphonse's declaration of "forbidden beans!!!"
on the right is a comic with roy and ed.
panel 1: ed, arms crossed and looking disgruntled, glares up at roy and asks, "hah?? and what do i get in return for doing all this legwork for you??"
panel 2: impassively, roy rummages around in his trouser pockets.
panel 3: impassively, roy reveals: "i have some shed scales... and a fang she dropped the other day," holding both in each hand.
panel 4: ed immediately snatches them up and claps his right hand to roy's to shake on the transaction, flatly agreeing, "deal." roy mutters, "pleasure doing business," smiling knowingly and smugly.

gave roy mustang a dragon. bc he needed to be more obnoxious
