This is NOT just transgender people in trouble, this is every person who would be considered woke, aka ANY GAY PERSON, so STOP infighting because we are BOTH going down. They may use trans people as a cover up, but if you ACTUALLY read it its all of us.

I agree that not everyone wants to be a teacher and they have the right to not want to, but I would recommend at least giving something the person/people can start with. Give them book recommendations, YouTubers, bloggers, organizations, websites, etc.. Giving them a starting point helps so much!
To add, I have no problems with being asked about being asexual, bi/panromantic, nonbinary, trans guy as long as it's in good faith. When I came out to some co-workers they had so many questions and I let them ask them all. Of course I let them know that my experiences and statements won't match for everyone, but it's a great way for them to get some idea of being queer and now they even know what asexual is, which is less common for people to know than 'lesbian'.
thinking about that time I was at some kind of diversity and inclusion thing that involved discussion in small groups and one straight girl said she really wanted to be a good ally but sometimes there were some things she just didn’t know and was too afraid to ask for fear of accidentally being offensive. and as the only queer person in this 4-5 person group I said well go ahead and ask me, I don’t care if you accidentally use the wrong term right now or whatever, it’s better to talk about it and learn something, I love talking about queerness and I’ll answer the best I can. and she just looked so nervous and in the end wound up refusing to ask for fear of causing offense. and it wasn’t just the group setting, I’ve known straight people to act similarly even when it’s just one on one
and just. you guys. this is what purity culture and the “if you don’t know something you were never a real ally in fact you’re a bigot in fact you’re worse than bigots because you pretended not to be one” attitude does. how can our allies be allies if they’re scared to talk to us? to ask questions, to make mistakes, to learn? can we please bring back the idea of “in good faith”? there’s way more to say here about identity politics and virtue signaling and acting like language is more important than action but I’m too tired for that right now

Hey soo non-binary people like me Do you have this problem to where you wanna get top surgery even tho your too young and you're trying to get a binder but you're supervisor/ Guardian/ Parent Doesn't allow you to have one and you just want to have a flat chess, but look feminine and Have fluffy short hair at the same time....

My by far favorite lgbt moment on TV would have to be the Ruby and Sapphire wedding on Steven Universe! It was so precious and the entire episode was sooooo good!!!

As promised in the comments of the binder master list, I'm now compiling a more all-encompassing free resource public spreadsheet! So far I've got resources for binders, packers, STP devices, gaffs/tucking underwear, gender-affirming clothing, some DIY gender-affirming gear, and some resources on how to clean that gear and how to clean up makeup spills. I'll try to keep expanding things, and feel free to request a type of resource or a specific location in the comments or in an ask! (I can't promise I'll be able to find anything, but I'll do my best! <3)
The spreadsheet is called "Study sheet" to make it more inconspicuous in case someone you'd rather didn't catches a glimpse of the title. Do please note that once you're on the spreadsheet it is very obvious what the content is, so only view it when it's safe for you to do so! <3

Hello! Some People may see this as "chronically online" take bur I disagree.
So, I'm non binary and I am also someone who's very passionate about musical theatre and singing, I've had almost 8 years of theatre experience and I've been thinking. A lot of people typically will say "girls" when they mean higher voices, and honestly it can cause a lot of dysphoria for me. So i think its important we start using the terms lower voices and higher voices more when describing a song or a role, especially considering even for cis people not everyone's voice fits into the typically male or female vocal range.

the reason why you can't define gay as "man loving man", or define lesbian as "woman loving woman", or define trans as "person who has dysphoria and identifies as the 'opposite' gender " is because all queer identities defy being defined in a reductive, singular statement. the entire point of these identities are that they cannot fit inside the rigid boxes of what gender, sexuality & expression "should" be according to our societies.
people with these identities will always break the rules. we will always blur the lines and exist outside of the boundaries you set around us. you can't try to force us into boxes and hard definitions all over again, we intrinsically defy them no matter what.
I don't usually do this but if you read webtoons please go read Tripp. It's on Webtoon website (unfortunately it's not updated on tapas) and it's criminally underrated!
It deserves way more love and affection.
The main character is enby! That's something rare to see.
It's about space it's fun and it's queer. The characters are really lovable the moment you get to know them, I really recommend.
