I am Falestine, Jad Al-Haq, I am 37 years old, married, and I have a eight-month-old child named Youssef. I gave birth to him during the war during very harsh conditions that no human being can bear. I moved from the hospital immediately after giving birth to the tent in which we were staying after we were displaced to it after the Israeli bulldozers completely bulldozed my house. and my suffering did not start from here. Rather, it began since the beginning of the war, and I am still suffering. I cannot provide enough milk for my baby or diapers. Even medicines and vitamins are not available.

I was thinking about how we’re all treating 2025 like it’s a magic spell, like flipping the calendar will fix everything. It reminded me of an old story about a farmer on the border between Russia and Poland. For years he didn’t know which country his land belonged to and when he finally found out it was Poland he celebrated no more brutal Russian winters. But the winters didn’t care about borders. The snow kept coming same as always and it’s the same with a new year. My family in Gaza doesn’t get a break just because the calendar changes. The hardships continue and so does the unbearable weight of not knowing. Two of my cousins were taken by the IDF a week ago, and we still don’t know where they are. Not knowing is unbearable. But even in the toughest winters people like you bring light. Every donation, every share of our story, every kind word has made the impossible feel possible. Because of you we’ve survived. We have no food🥘🌯, no electricity, no cooking gas, no schools🏢📚, no homes🏚, no cleaning supplies, no clothes🧣🧥🧤. Our house was completely destroyed. My school was bombed, and my sister Nour's university was turned into rubble, which deprived us all of education. The war forced us to live in displacement centers, which are just tents that are not suitable for living, especially in winter. Every day we live death, terror and panic a thousand times because of the continuous bombing of my city. The war has killed more than 50 of my relatives and neighbors. At the beginning of the war, we took refuge in my aunt's house, but it was also turned into rubble. Imagine: We have escaped imminent death more than 20 times, and have been displaced between shelters more than 13 times. My brothers and I have suffered from many diseases due to malnutrition, and we need medicine constantly. If we stay in Gaza, we may lose our lives. Recently, we have been seriously considering leaving Gaza to a safe place. However, the travel costs are very high. We need more than 70 thousand dollars to leave Gaza. Due to the exorbitant prices, rampant unemployment, insecurity, the ongoing blockade, and the continuous bombing, we have lost all our money. Hi, my name is Mosab , and I’m from Gaza. Life here has been harder than I could ever imagine, but today I’m sharing my story with hope in my heart, because your kindness has already given us so much strength.
This journey hasn’t been easy. The war has taken 25 family members from us—25 beautiful souls we loved deeply. Their laughter, their presence, their love… all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.
Our Journey So Far When I first reached out, I couldn’t have imagined we’d make it this far. Thanks to your incredible kindness, we’ve reached 19,800 out of 30,000. Your support has been a light in these difficult times, and we are so deeply grateful for every single contribution.

My name is Shada Kassab, and I am a 24-year-old mother living in Gaza. Every day is a fight for survival for me, my husband Hussein, and our baby boy Adam, who is just five months old.
Our lives have been turned upside down by war. My home has been reduced to rubble, and my husband lost his water truck, which was our only source of income. We’ve been forced to evacuate twice—from Deir el Balah to the Nuseirat camp—and now, we live in constant fear of what the future holds.
To make matters worse, Adam was born with clubfoot and urgently needs surgery. The cost for his treatment and specialized medical boots is at least $3000, but this surgery isn’t even possible in Gaza.
I recently graduated as a nurse, and I dream of building a better life for my family. But to do that, we must leave Gaza and start over in safety.

Sick Mother and Children Trapped in Gaza – Rebuilding Our Home and Memories
With heavy hearts and hope, we reach out to you for help to support my sick mother and family in Gaza. We are living through the worst days of our lives in displacement camps in Deir al-Balah, having been displaced four times in a row. My mother suffers from asthma and urgently needs treatment, while our living conditions continue to worsen.
Our home in Beit Lahia, North Gaza, has been completely destroyed, taking with it my father’s hard work, our dreams, and the memories we built over the years. The devastation has left us with nothing, forcing us to start from scratch in the most challenging conditions.
The donated funds will go toward securing medical treatment for my sick mother, rebuilding our home, and restoring hope for a brighter future for my family. Additionally, your contributions will help provide basic necessities such as food, water, and medication for my mother.

The Occupation has systematically destroyed every social infrastructure that makes civil society possible, whether it be healthcare, food systems, or education. They've targeted schools, hospitals, businesses, and every person who supports their community through their profession.
Rana and Ahmed (@ranafam2) are educators from Khan Younis, with Rana as a statistics professor at the Islamic University of Gaza and Ahmed as the principal of his school: both institutions have now been destroyed.
Palestinians have survived occupation for well over a century now, and they will remain steadfast, but they need your support.
Even with the ceasefire, resources are still limited and expensive. The weekly allowance for basic provisions like baby formula and flour is about $1000. Rana is also anticipating additional costs for baby formula, clothes, and natal care as she's eight months pregnant and expecting soon.
Finally with the ceasefire, Rana is hoping to evacuate with her family altogether. The cost of evacuation per person ranges from $5000 to $7000. If Rana gives birth before she can evacuate, that puts the total anticipated cost at $49,000 (5 children, 2 adults).

My son Ahmed is a heart patient and has holes in his heart. New tests were conducted on him, which showed that he was suffering from a problem with his eyes, and that there was damage to the nerves in his eyes as a result of his admission to the nursery and his exposure to oxygen.
